My main rules regarding using my plots or OC's are;
• I am credited properly
• You are actually using the plot, not just picking random points to keep. Not to say you can't adapt the plot but the base line should be kept.
• If want to use an OC they are to be used as written (though slight changing personality are allowed).
• Don't request if you are not actually planning on writing, or if you plan on doing a rushed job of it.
