As the two teens clashed, their smirk never disappeared as they back away and ran at each other.

Using their fist, legs and even their center of gravity to give an edge and the advantage but it felt like they were evenly match with Hiroi who disliked that and she wasn't an idiot, despite the techniques she's learned after being an reincarnated Devil, it's obvious who the superior fighter was. But despite all of that training and skill, Izuku was still holding back and it irked the girl when she thought that the boy was going easy on her and once he makes that mistake then that's what would decide the match.

"What are you going to do, Midoriya? Punch a hole in me? Maybe use some laser vision?" She taunts as she sidesteps Izuku's attack, but that didn't stop Izuku to turn quickly on his heel and moves to punch Hiori in the face but the girl ducks underneath it.

"Oh that's right you can't, because you're quirkless and that's why I deserve to win." Izuku gives the girl a confusing look but still doesn't speak. Instead, he winds up for another punch and this time it lands. Hiori winces and takes a few steps back clutching her jaw.

'Damn that hurt and that didn't even feel like the trait of the rook at all, is this his actual strength?' She thought as she wiped away a bit of blood.

"Is that all you can do? Hit me? Even my grandmother can do that!" She shouts as she runs forward, swinging her own punches but Izuku ducks under them and dives headfirst into her midsection. The breath was forced out of her lungs as she's pushed backwards, Hiori digs her heels in the ground to avoid being thrown out as she grabbed the boy by the sleeve of his shirt and pushed herself up in the air and sent a kick to the boys back but that only pushed him slightly forward as he turned quickly and sent wide arm swipe at Hiori who avoided it while keeping her dsitance.

She saw the smirk on the boys face that pissed her off while getting her to slightly blush.

"I don't quite know what's happening down there folks! It looks like these two Genrleral course students are just straight out brawling in the ring. I gotta say, I didn't see this coming! Hey Eraser, wake up, can you see any quirks being used?"

Hiori got back into her stance, "Stop playing around Midoriya, I need you to take be seriously!"

She yelled out as Izuku saw how much the girl wanted to prove herself...it made to look up to the spectator seats where the ORC and student council group were...and if made him sigh.

"...Promotion...Rook"

He said this silently but Hiori heard which got her to smile at the boy as she too activated her promotion.

"That's what I wanted to see, now let's do this!" She yelled out as they both dashed at each other.

Izuku could tell that Hiori was a good fighter, the way she moved, how her legs gave enough power to push him back.

He couldn't help but smile even more at this girl with Ddraig seeing the way his partner was giving the girl an interest like look on his face.

Hiori was seen grabbing the boy by the shirt to throw him over but he slipped out of her grasp and sent kick towards which she blocked in time but the attack got her to be pushed back a bit with Izuku pursuing her.
