*January 9 2008, A day has passed since the events of yesterday, we all know Simon's life so far but what about Emma's?*
"At 6:45AM, a alarm rings with the song "Rock with You" by Michael Jackson, plays, we see a girl's room with white walls, a blazer and skirt on a closet door, there seems to be a bit, if not, lots of Drawings, like a lot, this girl must be a artist, we see a camera and a few photo albums. Finally, a girl with black hair finally awakes, still sleepy, she mumbly introduces herself"
"He-hello, my name is Emma Hitori, I go to the 9th grade in the Local high school, as regard for my town, it's, um alright. I'm full Japanese, but my parents are really interested in western culture, so they named me and my siblings after western names, I think this is why people have trouble saying my name.. I like drawing!! Anime is a hobby, so drawing my favorite anime characters is always a fun hobby! Photography is also really cute for me!! I don't take photos of people but my sisters, my older brother, scenery and maybe things I buy!! I..also am a bit shy, like, very shy...I find it hard talking to girls my age, like I want someone who's into what I like!! But..there's this guy..I kinda think is cute...His name is Simon, He likes Radiohead as well..He's really quiet but super cute!!!! And the thing is...He's my new seat-mate, and we met yesterday at tower records, and I accidentally placed my hand on his!!!!!!!!! Just kill me!!!!!!!!! I BLUSHED TOO HARD!!!!!!!! I hope we can talk again today.... But someone as cute as him probably has a girlfriend already... I should get ready rather than mopping about love."
*Emma then gets out of bed and fixes her own bed, she then washes her face and brushes her teeth and then takes a shower, she tries her best to look as cute as possible, but especially since Simon is now her seat-mate, and she does end up looking quite cute, she then changes to her school uniform. She then goes downstairs and eats the breakfast her mother cooked for her, unlike Simon, she lives with her family, but with her dad who works abroad, she eats and leaves, soon arriving at school.*
*She then arrives at school and when she sees her desk, she still has her heart go out of her chest seeing Simon being her seat-mate, she soon decides to go to her chair, she decides to speak up for once, she plans a whole conversation in her head, but only manages*
"Good mor-morning.." Emma says
"Hello" Simon replies
"So, um, how did you like the album?" Emma adds
"It was very good, I loved Reckoner, Videotape and House of Cards, Jigsaw falling into Place could be a hit." Simon says
"M-mhm! I liked All I need and House of Cards best! They were very relaxing songs to me!" Emma says
"Good to hear" Simon replies
*Emma sits down and her heart beats even harder, she doesn't even remember when she started liking him, but she knows it's been like that for a while now*
*Simon just writes in her diary while Emma sketches, he isn't the type to look over but he does and says*
"What a lovely tree"
"Huh!? Oh-uh, Thank you!" Emma shocked, replies
Simon smiles and says "You're welcome"
*Emma finds his smile really cute, after all, Simon barely smiles at all, seeing him smile is very rare, and she's a lucky girl for that.*
*Class starts and they're teacher announces a group work with seat-mates, they have to make a presentation on a story made by any artist*
"So..Um, Simon, what do you wanna talk about?" Emma says shyly
"I only read Manga, and I doubt that's accepted, you can choose something." *Simon replies*
"Oh..um..I barely read books as well, but we can do something popular like um.." Emma thinks
