ICC - 04 Affection

Monday Morning, the start of a new week for a new semester. Their university has announced a new semester. Mingyu and wonwoo changed schedules. But they will still see each other.

6:00AM

Wonwoo woke up and went to the bathroom to freshen up. He took 10 minutes to shower and got ready. He wore his uniform and his glasses. As he went out of his house he saw a familiar figure standing outside with a car
It was Mingyu

"Good morning pretty!" Mingyu greeted and opened the car door. He gave Wonwoo a flower. Wonwoo was blushing and he smiled at Mingyu "thanks Min!" Wonwoo kissed mingyu on the cheeks as a sign of gratitude

Mingyu started driving him to their university. "So what's your schedule today? Will I be able to see you later?" Mingyu asked while driving. "I only have 4 classes namely, physics, chemistry, calculus, and social studies. And yes I'll still see you later "  wonwoo answered while sniffing the flower.

They arrived at their university. The students we're gathering up to see a new student. She was getting all the attention. Her name got out and everyone was greeting her "Hey Somi!" "You're Pretty!" "She's so Beautiful"  the students murmured around the crowd.

As soon as they step foot on the university, Somi immediately ran towards mingyu to give him a hug. "Min! It's been a long time" somi said as she hug him tightly. "Yes it's been a while too somi , anyways here's wonwoo and I'm courting him" mingyu also hug Somi then introduce wonwoo
"Wow you're already courting someone, that's good. Hi I'm Jeon Somi, nice to meet you Wonwoo "

"Nice to meet you Somi...." Wonwoo mumbled feeling a little shy.  "Don't worry he's a little shy when it comes to meeting people "
Mingyu held Wonwoo's hand to make him less shy. "Its alright, anyway wonwoo? Do you mind if I take mingyu for now? I want him to show me around "  Wonwoo doesn't know what to say but nod. "Sure , I better get going too"  Wonwoo said as he started walking to his class.

Mingyu and Somi started to walk around the campus to hangout. "That Wonwoo guys seems weird. He's got the looks but I don't think he's really good for you" Somi started which made Mingyu a little bit angry. "What makes you say that" Mingyu began getting upset.

"Nothing! I was just saying, maybe he's a little weird. And I don't see him socialize. Don't tell me he's a loser?!" Somi added which made Mingyu really upset. "That's really mean of you to say that to him! Everyone calls him a loser but I don't! I won't just sit here and let you talk bad about him when you clearly don't know him as much as I do! I don't care if you're my cousin but don't ever talk to me again!" Mingyu stands up and went to the university angrily. Somi just sit there and regret what she said.

Meanwhile, Wonwoo was on his 4th and Final Class (Social Studies) His professor just started doing his lesson and  Wonwoo just took notes . As soon as he take down his notes, he heared his classmates talk at the back "Is he for real taking notes on the first semester?" "Damn what a loser" wonwoo overhead it and stopped doing his notes . He just listened to the professor's lecture and waited for the bell to ring.

2:00PM

The professor finally finished his lecture. The bell rang and everybody started leaving one by one. Wonwoo was busy packing his stuff before leaving. He then felt a presence Infront of him. It was Mingyu.

"Hey Pretty! I brought lunch, let's go eat at the library? There's no people there" mingyu showed his packed lunch that contains Wonwoo's favourite food Adobo.
Wonwoo just nodded and mingyu took his hand and walked with him

As they walked on the hallway, people started looking at them with confused, weird, and disgusted face. Wonwoo felt embarrassed and remove Mingyu's hand . Mingyu noticed it and whisper to Wonwoo.

"Is something bothering you?" Mingyu asked and took Wonwoo's hand again. Wonwoo removed his hand "it's nothing" wonwoo put his hands on his pocket and started walking a little faster.

They arrived at the library, they look around and saw no-one but the librarian. They found a place to eat beside the computers and books. Mingyu sat  beside Wonwoo. Mingyu then took out the lunch he packed for both of them.

"There you go, your favourite! Adobo. I cooked it for both of us"
Mingyu opened the container and started giving wonwoo a spoonful of Adobo. "I'm not hungry.... You go ahead eat... I need to use the bathroom". Wonwoo stands up and walks to the bathroom.

As mingyu started to eat, Mingyu saw Wonwoo dropped his handkerchief. He picked it up and followed Wonwoo to the bathroom.

When mingyu entered the bathroom, he heared a familiar voice crying. He opened each cubicle and saw the last one locked. He heard it again. It was Wonwoo crying.

Mingyu knocked gently to the cubicle "Hey... Pretty? Can I come in? Is everything alright? Mingyu waits for him to answer. Wonwoo just unlocked the door and continues to cry.

Mingyu felt his heart soft as he saw him cry. "Mind telling me what's wrong?" Maybe I can help"  Mingyu offered the handkerchief to wipe Wonwoo's tears. "My classmates made fun of me .... They called me a loser.... I was just taking down notes..... I'm sorry.... I'm being overly dramatic...." Wonwoo wipes his tears.

"No don't say that.... Your feelings are valid.... And besides don't let others make you feel bad about yourself. If they hate you for being a nerd then their just jealous because your smart. That's why I love you" Mingyu wipes Wonwoo's tears and hugs him to make him feel better. Wonwoo hug him back and felt safe around Mingyu's embrace.

They went back to the library while holding eachother's hands
"You should taste my Cooking! I'm sure you'll love it" Mingyu offered a spoonful of Adobo . Wonwoo tasted it and smiled.
"It's really good! It's my favourite food! Thanks Min!". Min.... He called him Min... Mingyu blushed when Wonwoo called him Min.
Wonwoo chuckled as he saw Mingyu's cheeks turned red and kissed him . Mingyu felt butterflies in his stomach and started to eat with wonwoo.
