5 BBY, Centax-1The Celestial Rover landed in the hangar bay of the Jedi Outpost. It was largely empty, save a few items that evidently dated back to the High Republic Era. Yet most of it was in ruins- proof of the Empire's presence.
"Huyang, have you been here before?" Eli asked, opening the ramp as he and the ancient droid disembarked from the Fondor haulcraft his father had let them borrow.
"Indeed I have," Was Huyang's response. "When I wasn't taking younglings to Ilum for the Gathering, I was accompanying them on field trips elsewhere."
"Good to know." They made their way through the facility, stopping to read the schematics at one point. Thankfully, not many stormtroopers seemed to be stationed here; Eli only saw a small garrison. He could get past that...
He sighed, fixing the Imperial uniform he'd stolen at the spaceport. It was definitely not his size; he'd taken it from a 5'7 Lieutenant. But he'd have to make do with what he had... even if he was 4 inches taller.
I see why Rampart complained about his outfit yesterday, He thought, avoiding a probe droid. Using the Force to navigate his way through, he eventually made his way to a hidden chamber before outstretching his hand in an attempt to open the door using the Force.
Nothing happened.
"You should know," Huyang piped up. "Those doors are Forceproof."
Eli raised a brow. "Then how do I open it-?"
"There is a secret code combination you must type in." Huyang gestured to the wall, where there was a keypad. "Fortunately, I have it. The first number is 5."
Eli typed it in.
"4... 8... W... Y."
Eli punched in the code before realizing something. "Wait... that's May the 4th be with you."
"I... do not compute," Was Huyang's confused response.
"It's an Earthling phrase," Eli clarified as the door slid open. "This... Alison Stuart is definitely one."
"Indeed she was," Huyang confirmed. They walked into the chamber, which reminded Eli of the Techno Union facility that held Echo and Flash during the Anaxes Campaign... except fancier and more outdated. A large, gilded stasis chamber stood embedded in the wall, hooked up to an elaborate computer system and... a Macbook Pro ?! How the actual hell-
Then again... he'd seen bigger things that were brought from Earth by an Earthling, such as a modified sports car (*cough* Matteo *cough* ), so this really shouldn't have surprised him. After all, Kendall even brought her iPod that she somehow had in her back pocket, hence the reason Leda knew so many Earthling songs. How it was possible, he could never understand.
He opened the Macbook, knowing full well that he most likely didn't have access without either a touch ID or a password. So what was he to do with it...?
As soon as it unlocked, black stars filled the password bubble, as if the laptop had a mind of its own. Eli's eyes widened. "What the-"
An iMessage popped up, reading, Release me, Earthling.
How? Eli typed back.
Pull the lever. You will see it an arm's length to the left of you.
Eli glanced over to his left, seeing a golden lever. He pulled it before holding his breath...
The stasis chamber hissed open, revealing a young redheaded woman looking to be in her 20s. She was perfectly preserved, her white and gold robes seemingly flowing around her as her eyes fluttered open. If she weren't a Jedi, Eli would have assumed she was some kind of space princess.
