Y/n's PoV:
I slept like a log, which was surprising
because i expected myself to be overthinking the night.
I woke up to the sound of Beomgyu screaming my name.
"AHHHAHAHAHAHHHHHHHH Y/N GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE!!!!"
I sprang up from my bed, and ran outside the house since I heard the sound from there.
Yeji was in the kitchen and she smiled at me while I ran for the door.
What's happening? Why isn't anyone helping him??
I stepped out only to see Beomgyu being chased by a...what was that...?...a Husky?
Goddamn she's beautiful...
It took me few seconds to take in the hilarious scene, this just made my day. I sighed out of relief and smiled.
"WHAT? ARE YOU GONNA BE LIKE THE REST OF THEM AND LAUGH AT ME?" Beomgyu yelled while running around in the landmass with a beautiful white husky chasing him.
Just as I was about to make my way to him, someone grabbed the dog by it's collar and pulled it back.
By that time, Yeji, Yunjin and the others had came near us.
When I looked up, that person who grabbed the dog smiled at me, he was another police man, he had a buzz cut and wore sunglasses.
Just before I could react, Hyunjin came and patted the new police man on the shoulder.
"Hey man!!"
"Guys he is Park Junho, he's gonna be helping Yunjin teach you guys first-aid, recovery positions and stuff. Say hi!" He added.
Suddenly his expression turned cold as he eyed Beomgyu. "So he's one of the guys who will help us defeat some terrorists, eh? I don't see how he'll do any good when he's scared of a literal husky!" He glared.
"Yeah well, people are different from dogs y'know? And I'm not afraid of people." Beomgyu countered.
"Yeah whatever, I want y'all to freshen up and eat, then let's meet at the bottom of that slope." Hyunjin pointed at a big hill.
They all walked into the house, freshened up and ate breakfast. They grabbed supplies like water bottles, and bandages, and met at the bottom of the slope where the 4 mentors were waiting for them.
"We're going on a hike!" Yeji said cheerfully "I know it's not the exact "training" you expected but this is just to start off with. But before that, let Junho introduce himself to you guys." She added.
"Good morning everyone!!" He smiled. "I'm Park Junho, and as Hyunjin already told you guys I'm here to help Yunjin. I'm sure we'll be able to get to know each other well. Let's go!"
At first, I liked the idea of the hike. The hill was pretty big but it was a good place for a hike. About the first 20 minutes of the hike was good. I was walking next to my friends and they were being crackheads. I loved the foggy morning and this was about to be a good day.
The road on the small hill was narrow and was right next to the edge and anyone could fall off and die.
I had been cautious and kept my distance from it, but suddenly, Junho (or whatever his name was) nudged me with his shoulder so fucking hard that my feet stumbled and covered the few centimetres between the road and the edge. I thought I'll die,but thankfully I caught on to the edge and now was barely holding on.
This chapter is pretty short, but I'll be posting another chapter today!!
