"cheryl, you're such a bitch."

IT WAS FINALLY the day of the dance and Arabella couldn't have been more excited, her brother had finally found out about her and Reggie and honestly wasn't surprised, she had a date, and her and Reggie were finally together.
"When is Reggie picking you up?" Lia asked as she applied blush to her cheeks, "In an hour, when is Joey picking you up?" Joey was one of the popular jocks, he was Reggie's best friend since elementary, and Reggie and Ara had decided to set him and Lia up.
"Same as Reggie, in an hour."
"So, who's your brother going with?"
"Betty, and the new girl, Veronica."
"Both of them?" Lia asked with a grimace.
"That's what I said. I told of him he should just take Betty and it's weird to take both of them but he said it wasn't a big deal, like um, yes it is. But whatever, he's a big boy he can do whatever he wants. I'm just surprised Betty is okay with Veronica going as his date too."
"Did I just walk into the gossip club of trolls?" Dillon Quinn asked sarcastically as he strutted into his younger sisters room, Lia was sat on her chair in front of her vanity doing her makeup while Ara sat on the floor in front of the huge mirror that was beside the queen bed, the Quinn's were one of the richer families in Riverdale, the Blossoms taking first place.
"Who are you calling a troll?" Ara laughed as she applied her infamous cherry lip gloss, "You." Dill said as he threw a shoe at the redhead girl causing her to scoff before throwing back at him hitting his head, "Children, children, calm down before you make me mess up on my beautiful mast piece."
Ara and Dill had a sibling-like bond, since Ara and Lia had been best friends since the beginning of time, they grew up with each other, so it was only right that Ara and Dill would also see each other as siblings, sometimes Ara felt as though she was closer with the Quinn boy more than her own brother, even though they were twins they didn't really know each other, yeah they'd do anything for each other but they didn't hang out or have meaningful conversations, they were just there.
"Whatever, I came to ask if you guys were going to Cheryl Blossoms after party, cause if not there's no way I'm going willingly." Dill explained as he threw himself on the girls bed while scrolling on his phone.
Dillon hadn't been the most popular guy at the school, yeah he was on the lacrosse team and track team, and he had plenty of friends, but he wasn't an asshole popular boy who thought they knew it all.
"Obviously we're going." Lia said rolling her eyes, "Alright, leave now, we have to get changed into our dresses and then our dates are coming to pick us up." Lia demanded her brother as she got up from the chair, "Date?" Dillon asked with his eyebrows furrowed while glancing at Arabella, "Yes, dates. What'd you think, I was too ugly to get a date or something?" Ara scowled.
"What? Of course not! I mean, you do look like a troll," he muttered the last part with a joking smirk, "I just was under the influence you didn't have a date." He added.
"Well, if you must know, I do have a date, and it's my boyfriend, Reggie."
"Reggie? As in Reggie Mantle? Youre dating that asshole?"
"If you want to to call my boyfriend an asshole do it when I'm not in the same room."
"Because I'm right?"
