Aye my fool,
my life,
my love
Take me with you
in thy world;
With your roots deep down
And your head full of clouds,
collecting the hearts
of every crowd;
But be careful to not lose your own,
leaving behind
every stick
every stone;
Your path is filled
with wonders and grace,
as long as you keep the truth in your faith
The stars and the sun
will guide your ways,
my fool,
find solace
in the moons cold embrace;
Oh my fool,
my life,
my love
Take me with you
in thy world,
your roots deep down
and your head full of clouds,
collecting the hearts
of every crowd
You see,
I can sense your true soul,
those good intentions,
reasons and all
My fool, hear my warning,
I fear that you'll fall
- while leaving behind
every stick,
every stone,
when the last day is dawning,
you'll wander
alone.
