chapter 15 •

Y/Ns POV:

We all hop into the car. Nick in the passenger, Matt in driver, and me and Chris in the backseat. We all are looking out the windows trying to find something to do. "Hey it's a really nice day and it's probably gonna be the last time we can do it but do you guys wanna go to the beach? We can pick up Nate on our way." Nick suggests. We all agree. We stop by my house. I run inside, change into my bathing suit, put a coverup on, grab a towel, and ran back outside and into the car. We drove to the triplets house and they ran inside and got ready, while they were in the house I called Nate and told him the plan. "Okay i'll be ready by the time you get here" He replied. "Good, see you soon!" I say and end the call.

The triplets get back into the car and we leave to go pick up Nate. By the time we get there he's waiting outside with a donut float around his waist. We all laugh and he gets into the back of the van. We blast music and drive to the beach. On our way I call Alahna. "Heyy, we're heading to the beach you should come with. Ride your bike over to —— beach!" I say to her trying to talk over the music. "Oo! For sure I will be there. Give me 5." "Okay! By the time you're on your way we'll be there setting up. See you!" Me and Alahna say bye to each other and I hang up.

We arrive at the beach and start setting up. Alahna shows up a few minutes after we finish. "Hey guys!!" She says walking over. "Hey! It's such a nice day out, perfect for the beach right?" I say hugging her. "Duh, we need to put sunscreen on first though." "Of course we do." We laugh. I grab spray-on sunscreen and spray myself and Alahna easily. I throw Nick the sunscreen and he sprays himself. They pass it around and Chris throws it back to me. "Anyone wanna go swim?" I ask everyone. "I'll be in, in a bit though. I'm gonna tan for a bit" Alahna says laying down on her towel. "I'll come with!" Nate offers and brings his float. "Okay! Anyone else?" I say taking off my coverup. "I'll come too!" Matt and Chris say in unison. "I'm going to chill for a bit, I might come in later." Nick says sitting down, grabbing a drink. "Got it!" I run into the water racing Nate. Nate wins but I don't really care. Matt and Chris run in the water and splash us. We all play in the water for at least an hour, Alahna gets up from her towel and comes in the water to join us. "About time girl," I say laughing at Alahna. "Yeah yeah whatever" she replies laughing. Nick takes pictures from the beach of us in the water. Eventually Matt, Alahna, and Nate get out of the water so it's just me and Chris. "You look really nice as always"Chris says complimenting me. "Thank you!! Same goes for you" I reply smiling. Chris smiles back then splashes me.

NICKs POV:

"Do you think Chris is ever gonna fess up and confess to Y/N?" Matt asks me as we stand on the beach looking at Chris and Y/N hang out in the water. "I'm not really sure if anytime soon, you know he's not that good with that type of stuff. And I bet that if anyone finds out that Chris likes her then she will get a lot of online backlash." I explain to Matt. "I mean true but when you guys filmed with her your viewers appeared to like her?" Nate joins in. "Yeah, but you never know." I respond to Nathan.

                                    Y/Ns POV

"That's wild"  Chris laughs. We've been talking in the water for a while. The others are still on the beach while me and Chris have been talking about everything because we don't really spend time alone together if that makes sense? Nick is my best friend so I spend most of my time hanging out with him while Matt and Chris hang out with Nate. I really enjoy talking to Chris, he kinda is like a safe place to say my opinions and not be judged about it.We talk and laugh more before I add after I laugh a bit too much.."I love talking to you Chris!!" I say smiling my ass off. Chris looks a bit surprised, but still replies to me trying to match my energy. With a big smile he responds, "Thank you, I love talking to you too!!" I smile. I stare behind Chris and sees the beautiful sunset, it looks gorgeous, maybe one of the prettiest things i've seen. "Hey what you lookin- holy shit" Chris starts to ask but turns around to see the sunset. He swims next to me and just stares at the sunset with me. In the background you can hear the others freaking out about the sunset and yelling at Nick to get his camera out.

                                  NICKs POV:
Chris and Y/N are still in the water then a STUNNING sunset appears. Matt and Alahna screams at me to get my camera out to take pictures. "PLEASE GET YOUR FUCKING CAMERA OUT NICK." one of them yells but I just stand there for a second before getting my camera out. Chris swims next to Y/N and it looks like something out of Pinterest honestly.. But I take a picture of them and the sunset in the background. "That looks so fucking good Nick" Matt says looking at the photo on the camera screen. "I'll transfer it to my phone later and send it to them and you guys if you want." I reply then lay down face down on my towel.

                              CHRISs POV:
The sunset looks perfect while I just stand there in the water with Y/N. It's honestly so annoying hearing the others in the background and I have to burp so bad to be honest but it will ruin the moment. I take a glance at Y/N once in a while, she looks gorgeous looking at the sunset as the golden pink sunset reflects on her face making it glow.
