As I walked up to the podium in front of the entire crowd my hands trembling with fear and a feelings in my throat I couldn't shake off.I started my speech ,I had hoped I that didn't sound very nervous and once I was done speaking I got a couple claps from my classmates one more louder then the others my jace with the biggest smile on his face. i walked to my desk proud that it was over and then my teacher Mr.Sean spoke to everyone. I looked to my jace and there he was just staring at me smiling and giving me a look I could blush about,I gave him a warm smile then the bell rang and then we all got up and began to leave,I was about to leave the room when someone yanked me back from my backpack I'm not even kidding I was about to throw hands and then I saw it was jace he spun me around and pulled me in his arms we hugged for a moment it was nice.
Jace: you did so good!! You practically made everyone's presentation look pathetic ! I really liked it.

Allison: I think I did okey but idk I felt really nervous but I should be thanking you I'm just glad to have you as my number 1 fan in the crowd.

Jace:okey well I need to go my moms waiting for me outside okeyy byeee also I'll text youuu !!!!.

Allison: okeyyy!! Byee.

I walked home after that feeling a little better about myself even though I knew Jace was just being nice.As I reached my house ,I got the mail finding a letter with my name on it "Allison Sage Cartier" I looked at it thinking if ,maybe it was from her but who really knows I stopped at my front door and tucked it in my bag and walked in.
My step brother saying hi I gave him the mail and ran upstairs when I got to my room my phone dinged it was Jace. It wrote "we need to go to the fair tomorrow around 4:30 I'll pick you up?" I responded with "sure but just us or is Cole and Lee going?" They were his bros apparently at least that's what Jace says. My phone dinged again Jace:"yesss I hope that's fine also lees gf is coming we are all going in my car do you think you'll still come ?". I didn't really like lees gf because she's a#%! Let's just say her and me don't mesh well anymore, for context we aren't friends anymore because she wasn't exactly nice and we were friends for like 1 year and it all ended one day when I told her I liked lee as a joke I said that to her and she was fine with it and it was before they even got to be friends basically before they were a thing. She had just transferred to my school and not even a week after I had told her ,she and him got together and I just stopped talking to her. I responded to Jace and said "yeah I guess it's fine I just hope things aren't going to be awkward with Leah because you know why.

Jace: I know I'm sorry but it was all lee you know how pushy he is and ever since they met they've been crazy about each other it's like gum keeps them 10 feet apart at most.💀well until they snap back with one another.

Allison:no it's fine really I should talk things with
Leah you know clear the air or whatever.
