A Year Later...

"Mr. E, are they ready for the plan?"

Lloyd had been preparing for this phase of the plan for a year now. The plan was simple. The gang members would try to steal the mask of Vengeance, one of the three Oni masks. They would climb Borg Tower, making sure they don't set off any alarms. If they did, it would be their lives on the line.

Mr. E gave Lloyd a signal meaning yes.

"Do not fail me, under any circumstances. If you do, then you will face consequences." Lloyd's threatening voice said.

Mr. E nodded and headed out the room. Lloyd checked the cameras he had placed near Borg Tower. If anything were to go wrong, this whole operation would go to waste.

As the sun was setting, Lloyd began to see fireworks launch into the sky. Today was the Day of the Dragon. A day that Lloyd had remorse towards, now that he had learned about the Oni. Lloyd, in his researching, now knew why the Oni did what they did. It wasn't to destroy. It was in their nature to balance the world. And it was also in his nature.

Lloyd looked towards the camera once more. And then he walked out of the room.

Let the festivities begin.

Harumi stared into the sunset. She had also been anticipating this day. She walked out of her quarters, fumbling with her hands. She was nervous. You're the Quiet One Harumi! You don't get nervous. She tried to comfort herself in her mind. To distract her mind, she went to the library in the Palace.

"Good morning, your Highness,"

It was Hutchins. Harumi had bad feelings about Hutchins. Yes, had brought her in into the palace, but Harumi believed he was too faithful to the Royal Family. Harumi had thought of him as a threat. But he would be dealt with soon enough.

"Good morning Hutchins," Harumi replied.

"Princess, is there anything on your mind? You seem to be preoccupied with something." Hutchins asked.

Harumi had already thought about an excuse with Lloyd. "I'm just worrying about the ceremony later tonight. You know, with the Day of the Dragon and such."

"Very well, your Highness,"

Harumi sighed. It was true that she had to attend a ceremony. But she was more concerned on Lloyd. Would he pull this off? He's a ninja, not a master class villain. But you aren't either Harumi. Harumi sat down. She flipped through the pages of the Book of Spells. She made sure everything was set correctly.

Harumi.

She turned her head around. No one.

Harumi.

She followed the voice.

Harumi.

Didn't Lloyd promise her to get rid of them? She walked towards the voice that invoked her name. It led her to a corridor where in the middle, there was a glass case. And in the glass case, there lay one of the three Oni masks.

"Interesting." Harumi mumbled to herself.

"Interesting indeed,"
