~ 3rd Person POV ~

Jungkook sat on his bed, phone pressed against his ear as he spoke to his best friend Yoongi. They had been talking for over an hour now, and Jungkook still couldn't seem to come to a decision about what to do.

Jungkook found it difficult to let go of the argument. Although he acknowledged his mistake, he also believed he should have been aware of his husband's actions. His love for his husband was something real but...the question was, was he faithful

Taehyung and him live in the same apartment but it felt like they were so damn distance. Jungkook was tired. He was tired of walking up alone

Yoongi has been his best friend for years now and it felt right to go to him for advice

"I just don't know what to do, Yoongi," Jungkook sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I love him so much, but I think I keep fucking up our relationship because he think he doesn't really love me anymore " The raven mumbled

Yoongi let out a sigh on the other end of the line. He knew his best friend usually doesn't call him so, he knew that he must have really needed his advice right now "Jungkook, you know that Taehyung loves you. Have you even talked to him about this?"

Back in college, Yoongi has always had his typical conversation with his best friend. After all, Yoongi knew Jungkook had a crush on Taehyung. So the raven felt like he had to be in competition with everyone in order with football player

It seems like it is happening again

Jungkook shook his head, even though Yoongi couldn't see him. "No, I'm too scared, I already accused him so many times and he mentioned wanting to get a divorce. " Jungkook trailed, heart hurting when mentioning that word

"You guys act like children, you both need to sit down and have a conversation. Communication is key in any relationship, especially a marriage," Yoongi said sternly. He and Jimin worked their asses off to get them together so they better fucking last

Jungkook nodded, even though Yoongi couldn't see him. "You're right, I know you're right. But...what if he is cheating on me? How will I even begin to deal with that?" Jungkook frantically asked. The thought of Taehyung loving someone else...

Yoongi was silent for a moment before speaking again. "Jungkook, you can't let your insecurities ruin your marriage!" Yoongi groaned out, mentally rolling his eyes because of his best friend insecurities

" You need to trust Taehyung until he gives you a reason not to. And if he does, then you deal with it accordingly. But until then, you need to work on your own trust issues. Unless he gives you a reason, then you don't need to start blindly accusing him" Yoongi called out but paused once again

" Please don't tell me you have been blindly accusing him without any sort of evidence!" Yoongi almost yelled, hoping his best friend wasn't asking like a pure dumbass and accused his lover of cheating

Jungkook sighed, feeling defeated as Yoongi took the semi long pause as a yes

" JEON MOTHERFUCKING JUNGKOO-

He held the phone away from his ear while his friend Yoongi cursed and yelled at him for being careless and stupid. Jungkook whined, 'I know, I know,' in response to being so dumb

"Have you ever thought about how Taehyung might feel about you doing that? You're lucky that he hasn't called it off, stuff like that isn't what another person wants to hear constantly" Yoongi asked gently, trying to sound gentle and calming but deep down, he is wondering how Taehyung hasn't divorced him

Many people desire to avoid repeated accusations of infidelity from their partners, especially after having already committed to each other through marriage

Jungkook nodded, even though Yoongi couldn't see him because he knew that he was right. Yoongi was always right. Every single time

"I know," Jungkook said, his voice quiet. "But it's just so hard. I love Taehyung with all my heart, but this anxiety is just eating away at me "

The tiny thought of losing his husband to someone else...it scared him so much even though it most likely wasn't going to happen. Jungkook knew that Taehyung was a trustworthy husband

He just didn't understand why he kept thinking that he might go on and cheat on him

"I understand," Yoongi said. "But you need to remember that you and Taehyung are a team. You need to work together to overcome any obstacles that come your way. And if you're feeling this way, you need to talk to him about it. Communication is key."

"Have you asked him? Have you gotten anything from his point of view on this" Yoongi pointed out.

Jungkook shook his head, feeling ashamed. "No..."

"Then you need to," Yoongi said firmly. "You can't keep avoiding this issue, Jungkook. You and Taehyung need to work through this together, or else your marriage won't survive."

Jungkook took a deep breath, feeling grateful for Yoongi's support. "Thank you, Yoongi. I'm sorry for dumping all of this on you."

Yoongi chuckled on the other end of the line. "It's fine, Kook. That's what best friends are for. Just promise me that you'll talk to Taehyung and consider counseling if you just can't stop thinking of these, okay?" Yoongi asked him

Jungkook nodded, even though Yoongi couldn't see him. "I will. Thank you, Yoongi. I don't know what I'd do without you " Jungkook laughed a little, not knowing what he would do his best friend

Yoongi chuckled again. "You'd probably wallow in self-pity for a while before realizing that you're stronger than you think. But I'm glad I could help."

Jungkook smiled to himself, feeling a glimmer of hope in the darkness. "Yeah, me too."

The two of them chatted for a little while longer, before saying their goodbyes and hanging up. Jungkook took a deep breath, feeling a little bit lighter than before. He knew that he still had a long road ahead of him, but he also knew that he had Yoongi by his side to help him through it
