Chapter 18

~ 3rd Person POV ~

" Back the fuck up, I have morning breath " Taehyung covered his mouth when his husband tried to kiss him when they both woke up in the morning. After his team won the game, all of the cheerleaders were tired as hell after going out to eat with one another

" So? It's not like that has ever stopped me before " Jungkook Jungkook frowned deeply, still wanting to kiss his husband, despite any reservations about his breath. After all, it's not like this would be the first time he'd kissed him with less-than-perfect breath

They had been together for over six months and, by now, Jungkook felt like he had seen his husband in every given position. At this point, bad breath was the least of his worries

" Fine, I need to get up anyways " Jungkook mumbled while bragging himself out of bed to go to the bathroom with his lover. Taehyung handed him his toothbrush and they did their daily routine

Together, they do everything in the morning. It might seem like they've been together for years, even though they only met less than a year ago. While some people may argue that they rushed into things by dating, getting married, and moving in together so quickly, Taehyung believes that there is no time limit on expressing love, he knew he only wanted him

He never before worked so hard to date someone, or accomplish any goal for that matter, than when facing the challenges and obstacles that stood between him and Jungkook. It was such a challenge but, they manage to get through it together

It was pretty easy for Taehyung to have dated many people in high school and college but you could say he was just simply waiting for his Prince Charming or...his innocent and adorable Prince Charming

" I think we should do something today. It's our day off, we haven't really gotten out " Jungkook said as he patted his face dry from washing it, focusing his attention down to his husband

" Mhm? What do you want to do?" Taehyung asked, spitting out his toothpaste and wiping his mouth. He looked into the mirror to look up at his husband who was thinking to himself about what they could do

" I don't know but I just want to spend the day with you, I know we made up after your game but I really want to celebrate with you, I'm extremely proud of you" Jungkook stated, a smile appearing on his face

He was truly proud of his husband. He knew that he worked very hard while being a cheerleader and he will always be proud. After all, having a hot and sexy cheerleader as his husband wasn't bad of a deal

" Or, you can I go on vacation....I don't how badly you want to visit Korea again and I know that you miss your mom. I think it will be a good idea" Jungkook requested, walking out of the bathroom and getting out some clothes so that he could take a shower

" I don't know baby, my mom was already a little salty that we got married out of the blue and didn't invite them to the wedding, I'd hate to hear my mom scolding me for no inviting her " Taehyung laughed while getting out a towel for his shower

It would be nice to see his family after so long of not seeing them. He missed him as well

"Will your sister be there?" He did not want to suggest that he did not want to see her, but their last interaction had left him feeling uneasy. While Jungkook would never speak negatively about his partner's family members, he could truthfully say that her behavior had made him feel uncomfortable

" Of course she will be there babes, she is my sister after all " Taehyung chuckled a little, knowing his sister could be a handful but he was willing to be civil with her for his mothers sake

" Ah...I know " Jungkook nervously laughed, scratching that back of his neck, almost forgetting that if Taehyung sees his mom then his sister will most likely be there. His sister...she just made him uneasy and very uncomfortable

Her constant comments on his sex life with her brother and the uneasy, and uncomfortable stares that she gives him. The long stares, it was like she was just staring into his soul. He just didn't like it and he was so eager to leave the last time

Taehyung looked over at his husband and realized his silence, he had been married to him for long enough

" What wrong? " Taehyung immediately asked

" Nothing, nothing wrong Tae " Jungkook gave him a little before getting out his shower products. Taehyung didn't believe him for no second, he was happy when talking about his mom but when it got to his super, he got quiet and silent

" Jungkook" Taehyung said harshly, grabbing his arm because if this was about his sister , than he had to know. He loved Jungkook

" What did my sister do the last time we saw her Jungkook, I'm serious " Taehyung asked him, gripping the grip on his husband wrist tightly, not wanting to hurt him but he needed to tell him

Jungkook hesitated before admitting, "S-she kept making i-inappropriate c-comments towards me, and it made me really uncomfortable. I just don't feel comfortable around her " he admitted, not being able to look at his husband in the eyes

" What else did she do?"

"It's not what she did, it's just... how she is. She's always asking personal questions and making me feel like I'm being interrogated by her...

Taehyung's face softened as he realized the situation. He knew his sister could be very forward and sometimes didn't know when to stop. He just wished he would have told him earlier then he would have stopped his sister from coming to visit when he was there. He would never have his lover uncomfortable

"I'm sorry, Jungkook. I had no idea she made you feel that way. I'll talk to her and ask her to stop...I didn't know she was asking you things like that. She is so damn annoying but I'm trying to keep my anger inside for my mom" Taehyung muttered angrily

Taehyung promise that he is going to tell his sister to stop asking his husband those type of questions. It isn't any of her business. He just hope his husband would be more willing to visit his mom and just ignore his sister as much as possible

Even if Taehyung had to stay with him

Jungkook sighed, feeling conflicted. He didn't want to cause any drama or make Taehyung choose between him and his sister. He knew his husband was trying to be peaceful around her, especially for his mom and he didn't want to go out and fuck it up

" You know what Tae, it's okay. You don't have to talk to her, I'll still go with you " Jungkook sighed, not wanting to mess anything but and it felt like a idiot for having to tell Taehyung this because he couldn't handle it by himself

" No, you're feelings are important. I won directly say anything to see but, I will make sure she doesn't do anything around you or ask you inappropriate questions. You know what, we don't have to go, we can just go another time " Taehyung smiled gently, he maybe prioritized his husbands too much but he didn't want his husband feeling uncomfortable

Jungkook's shoulders dropped, knew that he missed his mom deeply. Jungkook really wanted Taehyung to be able to see her. He missed him greatly

He decided that if he had to put his own feelings aside, he would do it. Jungkook believed that as long as Taehyung could see his mom, that was the most important thing

" No...please, we can still go. I want you to see your mom, I miss her as well. I will tell you if she does anything, I promise " Jungkook softly whispered, pulling his husband close and placed his head in his neck. Taehyung sighed and nodded

Taehyung whispered, "I never want you to feel uncomfortable. I'm sorry if I sounded mean earlier. I always want you to feel comfortable around my family. Your feelings are important to me, and I love you " With that, he kissed him on the nose.

" Thank you, " Jungkook smiled, sighing as he finally knowing that he didn't hide this fact from his lover
