And so, the third round began and was chosen to be a one vs one match.
The rules were simple. The two contenders fight until one is either unable to fight, or out of bounds.
The 16 qualified contestants were separated in two groups and would compete against one another until a final winner was decided.
The matches were as follows:

Match 1: Izuku Midoriya vs Hitoshi Shinso
Match 2: Y/N Midoriya vs Ibara Shiozaki
Match 3: Shoto Todoroki vs Hanta Sero
Match 4: Tenya Iida vs Mei Hatsume

Match 1: Eijiro Kirishima vs Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu
Match 2: Momo Yaoyorozu vs Fumikage Tokoyami
Match 3: Mina Ashido vs Yuga Aoyama
Match 4: Katsuki Bakugo vs Ochaco Uraraka

Ibara: Forgive this sheep for her foolishness, but I deserve what's coming for me. When the time comes, I'll be ready for my punishment.

Ibara keeps praying to the gods.
Y/N: *sigh* Well, let's just both give it our all and may the better person win.
He goes to walk away, when the voice comes back.
???: Master.... He's watching me... Do make sure to go ballistic as soon as possible, "Y/N". Do that, and I'll show my Master how great I am!
Y/N looks at Izuku, getting ready for his first fight.

The break soon started, as Shoto called Izuku and Y/N away, and we see the three standing alone in a hallway, with Shoto standing opposite to the Midoriyas.

Y/N: Not a usual conversation starter, but alright.
