This is like really long (Sorry-) purely because I had a lot of fun writing it- Hope you like it though!! :DD

It's been only a day since Kaede's execution, Kaito slapped Shuichi and no one heard from him after going to their rooms. Everyone just did their own thing, some people like Miu even forgot Shuichi existed for a few seconds.

"That ain't my problem fish pussy!" Miu exclaimed at you as you helped Kirumi to wash the dishes,"Stop the insults for once, oh my God!" You shouted back at her, seeing her quickly scramble away as she got a taste of her own medicine. You sighed as you started drying off the already washed dishes,"If you'd like you can go deliver Shuichi his breakfast, I don't think he'll be out of his room today.. He was really upset last night.." Kirumi mentioned.

"Are you sure? I don't want you doing the dishes on your own." You told her, putting the cup you were holding next to the other cups,"I can manage on my own Y/N don't worry.. Shuichi's food is on the counter over there." Kirumi nodded her head to the side.

Swiftly you took the food, and just as you had left the kitchen you stumbled onto a scene you never would have guessed would happen.

Shuichi was finally out of his room, black cap non-existent.

"Oh, huh, you're not wearing your hat.. I didn't even notice." You heard Kaito remark. Tenko slammed her hands on the table,"And you can stand to learn some manners too, you insensitive jerk!"

Your face lit up at seeing Shuichi shyly smile, something you haven't seen from him at all,"Look at that, you don't have a hat on!" You smiled, watching him meekly wave in your direction.

Everyone gathered around, happy at seeing Shuichi coming out of his invisible shell. You held out the plate of food to him,"Here! I was going to bring it up to your room for you." You smiled, feeling his hands caress yours as he took the plate of food.

You sat next to him as everyone dispersed, watching his reaction. He didn't have one, actually. He was just eating.. Blankly staring at the wall,"So uh.. How are you doing since last night?" You asked.

Up close you noticed how handsome he was, something you couldn't see under the detective's black cap,"I'm.. Alright.." He replied, taking a small bite of the food.

"Cool cool... Wanna spend freetime together?" You asked, leaning closer. Usually you never hung out with anyone during those few peaceful hours you had to get along with everyone. Shuichi considered the offer, then nodded.

Finally you had some sort of friend, someone you can actually maybe trust.

A few days had passed, and Monokuma was growing impatient with the teens' peaceful interactions. He needed a motive, something to just inspire them to murder.

...

... Bingo. Monokuma decided to shrink one of them. Maybe it'll just set someone off...

Now who will be his victim? Not Ryoma, he's already tiny. Not Kokichi, he'll be bullied by Kaito and Miu even more. Shuichi? Nah, everyone's relying on him let's just give everyone a false hope.

It'll be good to notify everyone after the morning announcement, right? Yeah. Monokuma will just ask them all to come to the gymnasium.
