(Dipper) *running downstairs* how was the back to school shopping?

(Dustin) I hate clothes shopping

(Pacifica) well he wants to dress like a northwest, Philip dresses like you without the hat, and gwen has her on nice style

(Dipper) well Dustin has polos and sweaters he can wear often, so it's fine

(Dustin) I want to wear suits like grandpa and Uncle Gideon

(Dipper) and where might this clothing attitude be coming from?

(Gwendolyn) he was talking with cousin Sara because she was showing off her dresses and Dustin got mad

(Pacifica) go on

(Gwendolyn) he said he prefers the rich life and sara was rubbing it in his face because Uncle Gideon was a rich boy growing up

(Dipper) Dustin you shouldn't talk to your cousin that way, you will apologize to your cousin tonight

(Dustin) ok

(Dipper) gwen Philip, go get your school supplies set in your bags for next week, then change for the get-together at the shack

(Pacifica) you shouldn't act out towards Sara like that and you younge man don't need to worry about this rich life so much, it was harder being rich than my life now with your father, yes I had anything I wanted but I also had so many eyes on me for being myself if I acted out, I was framed as someone bad theirs old photos on that wall that were painted differently than their stories and your uncle used to use his power for evil, you don't know all the terrible things he did when we were your age if you picked up one of those books

(Dipper) or looked at the old news papers in my office you'd know but Gideon became a changed man once him and Mable connected as adults then welcomed Jake that changed their life and Gideon set aside his riches to provide a good healthy life for his children

(Dustin) it's because grandpa I act out because grandpa wants me to be like him

(Pacifica) was that why you spent that whole weekend by your grandpa Preston's side last weekend?

(Pacifica) of course my father's trying to turn you into him, he's trying to find someone to pass on the Northwest name and take his money when he does pass

(Dustin) does this mean I can't see Grandpa North anymore?

(Pacifica) will talk to my dad but Dustin with riches or without your a perfect boy and we love you and your siblings no matter what, we want you to have a great childhood and not grow up the way I did your a northwest but your also a pines I think it would hurt your dad more if you chose to change your last name

(Dustin) I won't change it dad
