Arthur stopped his horse and turned to look at Rose, who was sitting on the back of his saddle, Arthur thinking it would be safer if they stayed close in the large town. "Okay Rose, Welcome to Saint Denis."
The young girls eyes were wide. Smoke stacks covering the skyline, smog filling the sky.

"Told ya. It's odd. People call it progress- I call it the death of the world as we know it- But it's got some nice things as well. Oh and all the different people-Well You'll see." He kicked his horse, and they began to move towards the town. He grip on the mans hips tighten, her head not staying still, so much passing them by. Arthur smirked, knowing her mind must me racing, after all Valentine seemed to be the only town she'd seen.

"There's a few places I'd like to take ya. Maybe we could get a room at the hotel for the night? How's sleeping on a real bed sound?" She kissed his check, making the man's smirk turn into a smile.

Charles paused, realizing Arthur had come to what seemed to them as an old forgotten farm. "Why'd he come here?" Sadie asked, noticing the graves at the tree. "Not sure- But the tracks led us here." Charles answered. Looking around the land for more Morgan tracks.

"Look over here!" Lenny called, finding the now empty metal box. "Huh?" John read the name on the box. "Like Landon Ricketts?" The cowboy question.
"The famous gunslinger?" The younger man asked.

"Perhaps he's not dead after all." Charles chummed in, now standing by Lenny and John.

"The graves are fresh." Sadie said joining the men. "The names on the crosses are Jessie, River, Joy and Davy." She continued. "Arthur must have dug them." Charles commented. "But why? Did he kill em too?" John questioned. "I-I don't think he would murder a family, burn down their home and then take the time to make sure they had proper graves, do you?" Lenny said a little upset.

"Maybe it had something to do with whatever was in that!" John said pointing at the empty box. "I'm with Lenny, something else happened. Arthur must have stumbled here after that." Charles said following the tracks. A lot of people were here at one point, and here- the tracks here. See this- bare feet, and boots, I believe something indeed happened, but I don't think Arthur would hurt the family here. I think he tried and failed to help." John hummed in agreement with Charles.

"Let's keep going, we've still got a trail after all." Charles said going back to his horse. Sadie frowned, glancing one last time at the graves. "Led on them." Lenny said, helping Sadie by holding her horse still for the woman to be able to jump on. She smiled as a thank you and the group continued.

Rose glanced at Arthur, who was holding the door to the barbershop open. "No one's gonna hurt cha, not while I'm around." She smiled and entered the building. The barber smiled at the two. "Hello. In need of some trimming?" The man in the apron asked. "Well yes. My - huh- she needs a little help. She can't speak, but she just needs help with all the tangles and maybe a professional wash if ya could sir and when you're done with her I could use a face trim." The outlaw said with a charming smile, rubbing at his beard.

"Yes, yes of course. My dear, please take a set." The man pointed to his chair. Rose glanced at Arthur. "Go on." He said with a smile, moving to sit in one of the waiting chairs. "Let's start by washing your hair and then I- I might have to cut some of it, but you will look great! Because that's my job Miss." The  man said with a grin. Rose took a deep breath and relaxed knowing Arthur was close enough to keep her safe. She locked eyes with him in the mirror.
