(M/N) POV

i walked into my office with a new task that i was assigned with. watching over Franky Franklin to see if he was a traitor. some of our information has been leaked to some of our enemies and each agent was tasked with a different person under suspicion and i was given Franky.

i looked over his file and i didn't see anything that would cause the higher-ups to suspect him but i can't rule out anything when it comes to information about us getting out to others that want to hurt us and anyone that is close to us like Loid and his 'family' Yor and Anya. i love them and i believe that they could be a true family after everything is done with their work, i love them more then anything else in the world so if anything happened to them i would go insane making sure that whoever did it would pay.

i came back to my senses and read over his file again and thought of an idea to get him to give me any information that i want, getting him drunk will cause his lips to loosen up and spill anything and everything that i want from him.

i walked out and went over to his desk seeing that he was working, i walked up to him pulling one of the many smiles i flash to get what i want. true emotions show weakness so false smiles give you everything that you want "hey Franky. i was wondering if you want to get a drink with me after work" i said and he looked up at me and saw the smile on my lips, small and polite, making myself look inviting and lets your target lower his defenses "sure, i would love to" he said smiling back at me as i smiled wider "great! there's this bar a few blocks away and i wanted to try it out. it's better to try i tout with a friend" i said sounding happy that he was joining just giving him a false friend until my report on him to complete, until then i will play friendly with him until my suspicion of him is cleared.

he nodded and went back to his work as i walked back into my office and dropped the smile. i know that Frank is loyal, he works with Loid even if it is dangerous for him and with what i saw with him and Anya, she loves him and i don't think that he would break their trust and betray them but i can't say anything until i get what i want from him. 

after work we walked over to the bar and saw that it was a classic bar type that had a lot of events going on, perfect for people to not get too nosy and listen to what we were talking about. we walked in and we ordered out drinks, Franky getting a whiskey and i got a (C/D/N) (cocktail drink name) "i didn't think that you would have something like that" he said pointing to my drink but i smirked at him "i like to have something nice every so often, just drinking the same thing over and over again just gets boring after a while" i said making him chuckle "true, i like to change it up sometimes as well but nothing beats whiskey" he said before taking a sip of his drink as i did the same.

we continued to make small talk until i saw that he was starting to seem more drunk "tell me Franky, have you been talking with anyone resistenly?" i asked and he hummed with red over his cheeks "i have been talking to Loid about what i should get Anya for her birthday but that is all" he said and i nod "anyone else that you could think of? I'm curious" i asked putting my elbow on the bar and put my hand on my chin looking like i was interested "no one really other then my superior about some reports but the more i think about it, i find it funny that someone from state security even wanted to have drinks with me" "well i wanted to get to know you better but i can imagine it being a surprise when i first asked you" i said making him chuckle taking another sip of his drink before it was empty "tell me, is there anything reason you wanted to talk with me officer (L/N)?" he asked and i saw him stare into my eye as stared into his seeing that he was looking for anything on me but i just smiled at him "know about why you are investing me. information has been leaked and i couldn't do anything that would hurt Loid or his family, i respect and love him too much to get any of them hurt. i hope that this is enough for you to put into your report" he said as i stared at him only to see that he was telling the truth "that will do. another round please" i said calling to the bartender as they nod as Franky looked at me confused "but that was what you wanted from me right? why are you still sitting here?" he asked sounding confused but i smiled him "cause i did say that i wanted to get to know you better and i plan to keep talking with you all night long" i said as our drinks came over to us and i smiled at him as i held my drink "i may have brought you for work but that is over now, work done and dusted so now we can have more fun" i said before taking a sip of my drink as Franky just laughed "well that is fine by me" he said before drinking his drink as well.
