Hawks POV

i was staring at (M/N) and Dabi as they were drinking coffee like they didn't do anything wrong. btoh of them, big time villains, sitting in front of me in their house drinking coffee like nothing happened. 

if you can understand what i was feeling was an understatement. both of my friends going off to be big time villains then later on we all thought that they were dead and yet they show up again taking down one of the villains that we were struggling against like there wasn't anything fucking wrong.

(M/N) smiled at me as he put his cup down and put his head into his hand "did you miss us?" he asked and i down right wanted to smack him "what do you think you piece of shit. you 2 just ran off and fucking disappeared out of no where to be villains and then went away again making us all think that you were dead then show up again wanting to turn yourselves in. right now i don't know if i want to hug you or beat you shit out of you" i said only for that smirk to rest on his lips. the same smirk that makes my legs weak and my stomach fluster "i know that but hey, you get to see us more often" "that's because it was either prison or house arrest" "but you get to be one of the heroes that keeps an eye on us" he said like it was going to make it better but i don't know if it does.

(M/N) Katsuki was training to be a hero like i was and that asshole made me fall in love with him. his handsome smile pulled me in and fell for him hard. we always flirted with each other and i thought it was getting somewhere until he went off to be a villain. i didn't want to fight my crush but he pulled my wing.

i sighed as shook my head "does anything work in that handsome stupid brain of yours" "so you think I'm handsome" he said smirking as i smirked back "i also called you stupid. it seems like you need to keep up" i said making him chuckle and those butterflies came back again full force.

i talked with them but most of the time i was just flirting with (M/N) making Dabi roll his eyes but his coffee was still keeping him company. it was nice talking with them again and with me being on the heroes to keep watch over them makes it even better to get back to what we had before they left.

we continued talking until a knock came through the door making us stop and Best Jeanist stepped in "someone is here for you (M/N)" he said and i saw with the look in (M/N)'s eyes that he was upset "can you bring him in?" he asked and Best Jeanist nodded stepping aside and showed Bakugou standing behind him "long time no see big bro" he said and i was a bit surprised but the temper that runs through that family is even deeper with how many times (M/N) snapped at people for getting in his way.

me and Dabi stepped out but i knew that Bakugou was going to be safe as Best Jeanist will be in the room and the house that they are staying in has cameras everywhere to keep an eye on him.

i listened in on them as they talked but with what (M/N) was talking about his past made me realize i didn't know as much as i did about him. his mother was just putting (M/N) down saying that Bakugou was going to be the best hero and (M/N) would just be nothing against him. Bakugou didn't hold anything over him as the resentment for their mom was the thing connecting them so far. they talked some more until Bakugou had to leave but it seemed like they left things on a good note but (M/N) can hold a grudge so it would take a lot more to help him forgive his brother for everything their mom said. it was heartbreaking seeing (M/N) look like that, he had so much anger towards his brother but he was a baby when Mitsuki was saying all of that and their dad doing nothing to help made it worse for him. i guess with Dabi and (M/N) having shit families it made them both go and be villains to get back at those that hurt them so much.
