Puck texted Finn's number for over a year after his death to give him little life updates and express how much he missed him. The texts stop when someone texts back asking who Puck is. Puck explains the situation and the person gives their condolences and offers to let Puck text, promising they won't answer, but knowing it's not Finn on the other end anymore is too much and he stops.
