❝Why did Nate Jacobs think the way he did? Sure he found some pretty traumatizing sex-tapes of his father degrading people. From that day on-forth he worked on himself. He liked ballet flats and heels. He hated sneakers and dress shoes. What was fine with sandals, as long as they were worn with a fresh pedicure. He liked thigh gaps, hated cankles. He liked tan lines, long necks, slender shoulders. He liked good posture and fruit-scented body mist. He liked full lips, and small noses. He liked chokers, but the lacy ones with flower cutouts or delicate patterns. He hated girls who sat like boys, talked like boys, acted like boys. But there was nothing on planet Earth he hated more than body hair.
And so, when he met Brianne, he was inclined to her. She was, and still is, a cheerleader. And she was hairless. She always smelt of 'Vampire Blood', it was her favorite scent from bath and body works. She maintained good posture and honestly checked off almost all of the boxes.
Nate hated the fact that she wouldn't have sex with him. They'd been together long, why not? Despite that he imagined marrying Brianne and starting a family. He knew he didn't want boys, though. But he also didn't like the idea of having girls. He'd have them for her, though, since she loved the idea of having a baby girl when she was older.❞
With the summer done and the parties over, school began. It's not that Brianne didn't like school, it was just mentally tiring. She was just happy to get through the day with Lexi and she guessed Rue. Even though Rue was having too much fun doing drugs with Jules. Speaking about Jules, Brianne became friends with her. Jules felt she was nice after what she did at the party and Brianne was already friends with Rue.
