"bri, wake up." spoke nate who softly tapped on the girls lap. brianne grumbled, turning her head in the other direction. nate sighed, getting out of the car, heading to her side, picking her up, and entering his house. once getting upstairs he placed the girl on his bed where she eventually woke. "nate." she whispered. "brianne." he spoke.

she hummed softly. "i'm going to go take a shower." nate informed. brianne nodded slightly, heading back to sleep. she was awoken by nate getting comfortable beside her. "nate." she called. "yes, bri?" he asked. brianne pulled him in for a kiss. nate, after taking a moment to smile, kissed back. "i love you, so fucking much." nate said, feeling her body. "i love you too." she spoke.

the boy thought she would've pulled away but when she got ontop of him he realized she was ready. she was ready to finally give herself to him. nate couldn't help but smile wider as he helped her take of her shirt.

after the intimate moment, the two lay in silence for a while, enjoying the warmth of each other's bodies. it was a moment of quiet peace, a reprieve from the hectic and dramatic events of the previous night. suddenly, brianne's stomach grumbled loudly, causing nate to chuckle. "looks like someone's hungry," he teased, kissing her on the forehead. brianne smiled, feeling a sense of contentment wash over her. "i'm glad we're finally alone," she said, running her fingers through his hair. Nate wrapped his arms around her.

"we'll have plenty of time to ourselves now," he said, his voice full of love and reassurance. "no more secrets. no more drama. just us." brianne smiled at the boys statement, feeling grateful for the moment of calm. she knew there would be ups and downs in their relationship, but she was finally ready to face them together, with nate by her side. the two lay in silence for a while longer, enjoying the feeling of being truly in love and connected. it was a moment that they would hold onto forever, a moment of pure happiness and joy that they could look back on when times got tough.

"can we go figure out this food situation now?" brianne questioned with a chuckle. "of course." nate laughed, getting up. brianne followed shortly after, putting on a t-shirt over her bare body.

they headed downstairs, holding hands. nate went to the fridge and began searching for something to eat. he pulled out a pack of cheese and crackers, offering it to brianne. "i'm starving," brianne mumbled, smiling. "let's raid the cabinets." they rummaged through the pantry, pulling out a variety of snacks and arranging them on a plate. nate found a bag of popcorn and tossed it to her. "this could work." he said, taking a handful of M&M's.

they sat on the couch and started nibbling on the food, enjoying the quiet company as they watched the TV. it was a simple, intimate moment they would always treasure. the feeling of being together was like nothing else, and although they were bound to fight, it was nice to enjoy this moment.

Cal and Marsha watched the two kids laughing and cuddling, sighing to themselves. They knew the kids, even if it was just for that moment, were truly happy.
