Chapter 2

"Layla, I'm asking you a question," professor slughorn said, snapping his fingers in front of Layla's face.

"Can I show the new kid around," Layla asked professor slughorn

"Sure, you can go right now if you want." He replied

Layla led the new kid out of the class then turned to face him

"Who are you and why are you here," Layla hissed at him

"I'm Marcus Lopez and I'm here because I got sent by Lin to check on you," Marcus replied

"Of course that's why I recognized the uniform, well tell your precious Lin I have moved on and that chapter of my life is over," Layla told Marcus fiercely then she walked away.

"Lin needs you to come back to Kings dominion," Marcus told Layla

"Well I'm not so bye," Layla replied then turned to leave but Marcus caught her wrist and held on tightly and wouldn't let go, then Marcus dragged her a step away before he coiled back he felt something on his arm, he looked and saw scratch marks down his arm, she must have sharp nails then Marcus thought, then he took both of Layla's hands and held them but he once again coiled back he looked at his hand and saw she had bit him, she was tougher then she looked.

When Marcus finally got Layla to King's dominion, Lin was already expecting them to arrive and he was clicking his knuckles to get ready because Layla was such a hassle.

Draco pov

I hadn't seen Layla for ages I thought she might have been kidnapped but then I realised how much karate and self defense she knew and she would be fine, but then I realised the new Lopez kid, Marcus I think his name was, was gone and I remembered the way Layla looked at him like she recognized him and not in a good way....
