if you combine the two, his entire fate is foreshadowed. the protector of June and her love (Treech), in this case
➤ MAXIMUS: literally "the greatest". a little reference to him being their parents' favorite
➤ ASCLEPIUS: god of medicine in ancient Greek religion and mythology (again, hinting at the Beaumont family's ties to medicine)
