Bryce met with a lovely elderly couple who wanted to close on a cottage he had recently posted! The cottage was being sold for $85,000! Bryce called the bank and made sure they received all the information! Since the couple was already pre-approved he could finalize the deal! He made sure he had all the signatures and the check cleared into his account so he handed the couple the keys to their new home!

Tony was closing a cabin deal to a family of 4! They traveled a lot and wanted a Cabin that he recently posted which was on the bank of a pond! Tony called the Bank and received all the information he needed and faxed off the rest of the paperwork to the bank! Once everything was signed, he sold the family the house for 65,000!

Zac was selling a house to a military family! They believed they had found their forever home from a posting Zac had recently made! They wanted a home to come home to when they weren't deployed or stationed elsewhere where the house was 55,000! Zac completed the paperwork and filed all the information! He gave the keys and wished them luck on their journey together and in the armed forces!

After they closed their sales the guys met in the conference room to discuss their next clients, who appeared to be triplets who were wanting to buy a triplex together! They had already been approved by the bank so they made sure the paperwork had all necessary signatures! They were prepared to sell them the triplex which was $750,000! This was a pretty penny so they made sure they would be able to sell the neighborhood , and esthetic of each house! The ladies sent their visions ahead of time so everything was already decorated! They just needed to get their keys but they didn't know the guys had already had their interior designer decorate for them! They grabbed the keys and files and headed to the house!
