So.. Word of Percy absolutely demolishing the only plumbing in camp spread, fast.

Campers pointed at Percy, I snickered at every word. Or- they were staring at absolutely soaked Annabeth. I could hear them, easily. But the toilet water jokes? Yeah, I'm looking at you Cabin eleven, get better jokes- or grow up.

Me and Annabeth took turns showing off places like the metal shop, arts-and-crafts room, and the climbing wall. We finally ended up at the canoeing lake, where a trail led back to all of the cabins.

Annabeth spoke up. "I've got training to do," Annabeth shrugged. "Dinners at seven-thirty. Just follow your cabin to the mess hall."

"Annabeth, Cassidy, sorry about the toilets." Percy looked between the both of us.

"Whatever." Annabeth shrugged. She looked at Cassidy, I nodded. 'Whatever' was definitely not what I was feeling right now.

"I don't blame you." I shrugged.

"I know.. but- It wasn't my fault." Percy sighed.

I couldn't help and stare at Percy. I had.. uncomfortable feelings about Percy. Like.. he was going to save the world or something. But not like that would ever happen.

Percy.. was related to someone with water. Nereus, Ceto, Phorcys, Aegaeon? Whatever it was. I couldn't tell Annabeth, Chiron, or even Mr. D.

Percy was dangerous. Even on Demi-god standards. Did Percy become one with the plumbing? Yes. Do I blame him? Also yes.

"You need to talk to the Oracle," Annabeth said. I glanced, cautiously, at Annabeth.

"Annabeth, are you sure—?"

"Yes, Cassidy." Annabeth nodded at my cautious look.

"Who?" Percy asked.

I sighed. "Not who. What. The Oracle. Annabeth, could you ask Chiron for me?" I glanced at her, Annabeth gave me, I hate you thumbs up.

Percy looked at the lake. The Naiads looked at Percy, and smiled. The Naiads waved, Percy waved back.

"Don't encourage them," Annabeth warned. Cassidy smiled gently, "Naiads are terrible flirts."

"Naiads," Percy repeated. "That's it. I want to go home, now."

My anger started to boil. "Don't you get it? You are home. This is the only place safe for kids like us." I gripped the docks rope.

"You mean, mentally disturbed kids?"

"Not human. Not totally human, anyway. Half-human." I sighed, shrugging.

"Half-human and half-what?"

"I think you know." Annabeth crossed her arms.

Annabeth placed a hand on my shoulder. I looked at her, she mouth, 'You okay?'.

I nodded. I did lie, but.. I had an idea what and who Percy's dad was.

"God," Percy finally replied. "Half-god."

I wanted to clap and say, 'Good job! Now your entire life is signed away to certain death! Have a good demise!
Signed: The gods.'

Annabeth nodded. "Your father isn't dead"— I spoke up—-"Nor ever will he"—Annabeth nudged me, as she took the stage. "He's possibly one of the twelve Olympians."

"That's... crazy." Percy sounded very mesmerized.

"Do you really think the gods have changed? They've literally been crazy for mortals these past few millennia's. Having kids with 'em." I shrugged.
