"BREATHING STEADY. Blood pressure stabilizing."

"Why are we still here, playing doctor?" Raph growled. He sounded a bit annoyed by the whole situation.

"Because she might have a head injury and I still need to check on the other girl," Purple pointed toward me. I looked gobsmacked this time. I did not expect help from them after being yanked to this roof.

"Uh, correction, they are hot chicks with injuries, which makes it our civic duty."

"Would you knock it off?"

I then moved closer to the woman and started to help her up. I knew she might be dizzy and might trip or fall.

"What are you?" the woman asked them while she held onto me.

Blue then stepped forward. The top part of his body leaned slightly, with his fist resting in his palm. He bowed respectfully towards her and then he turned towards me.

"Well, Miss and Mam, uh, we're ninjas," he answered politely. I bowed slightly to him and smiled respectfully.

"We're mutants," Raph answered with a hard glare towards me and this woman.

'He definitely has a stick up his ass.' I thought to myself and chuckled.

Purple looked at us with his goggles replaced with his glasses. When he examined the woman, he had goggles to do scans. "Well, technically, we're turtles," he said, joining the conversation.

"Oh, and we're teenagers! But we can still have adult conversations," Orange answered while he wiggled his three fingers in odd movements.

I was gobsmacked and said, "No way in hell are you teenagers. Fuck. You guys are Vin Diesel on steroids. Grown-ass fucking men. Or turtles. Or whatever..." I blurted it out before thinking.

They all looked at me and Orange looked giddy with excitement.

"No way! Are you a teenager?" He approached me. He bent a bit and looked at me. He pressed his hands on his knees. I felt a bit like a child being scolded by a parent or teacher. I now assumed that Orange is Mikey.

"Um, ya, I am, why?" I gulped. I didn't mean to be the center of attention again.

"Are you sure, Dudette? You look more as if you belong in middle school," Mikey answered.

"I am not that short. I am just concentrated awesome," I answered Mikey.

"Just stop, guys. We don't have time for this," Blue said again.

"No shit, Sherlock," I answered. I crossed my arms again. I knew my sarcastic comment would get looks all around. Blue's eyes snapped at me and he was in shock. He was not used to someone making sarcastic comments toward him.

"Um, Mam? Can I please have a look at your leg for a moment?" Purple stepped toward me. His hands are out to let me know he doesn't mean any harm.

"Ya, sure. No prob. Thanks for asking," I answered him. He placed his goggles back on his face and started to scan my leg. He paused at my knee.

"Mam, your knee has a sprained muscle; you will be able to walk on it, but with a knee brace," he answered after doing his scans.

"Yes, sure, I will be able to when I get home. Thank you," I said and I waited patiently.

Raph stepped forward and placed a roll of white bandages in Purple's hand. "Here you go, Donnie," Raph told Purple. He stepped back and he leaned against the wall. Raph then placed a toothpick between his teeth and crossed his arms.
