Nico was sitting by the fire, listening to Percy talking. Jesus, this guy was insufferable sometimes. He was talking about what the fish talk to him about AGAIN. "Some if them tell me about the ruins of the titanic!" He exclaimed. Jason sat down next to him and tried to start up a conversation with him. "soooo Nico. whats uppp." he asked. Nico side-eyed him and responded with "good." Jason tapped his hands on his knees and they sat in an awkward silence until Jason had the perfect conversation starter. "so Nico. Hows your little crush on Will Solac-" He was cut off when Nico tackled him to the ground and whisper-yelled at him "shUT UP!!!"
Jason grunted and pushed Nico off him, smirking. "Dude. Seriously. You need to calm down."
"shut up. Besides. He only sees me as a friend." Nico sighed.
"HA! THATS THE FUNNIEST SHIT IVE HEARD ALL DAY OH MY GODS HAHAHA" Jason burst out laughing. Nico did not look impressed. "i don't understand why you're laughing. this is not a laughing matter Jason." he said. "i'm- sorry- give me- a moment- cant- stop- laughing-" Jason wheezed. When he finally stopped, he straightened up and cleared his throat. "AS I WAS SAYING JASON. before you RUDELY INTERRUPTED ME. He only sees me as a friend." He continued. Jason stifled a giggle and responded with "you sure about that?" "Yes. Im quite sure."
'And ive been dropping hints! I swear! Here, ill show you." Nico walked up to Will, who was roasting marshmallows for Kayla, who was tending to a burn from the campfire.
"Hey Will. I can't stand you."
Will looked up, blushed, and said, "Nico, if this is about the three days in the infirmary, then im sorry, but it HAD to be done! You needed to recover!!"
Nico walked back over to Jason, sat down, and sighed. "See! I told you he only likes me as a friend."
Jason sighed, and let Piper do the rest of the work for him. Needless to say, they were both confessing their love within minutes.
