"Where were you yesterday?" You asked Jungkook in so not-so-polite tone. Taehyung and Yoongi looked at you with furrowed faces. They knew that this was coming but didn't know that in lunch. They all were sitting in a circle eating and talking about exams.

Jungkook stopped eating and looked at you with a pout because of the foodstuff in his mouth.

'Don't fall for this baby face. This is a fight'  you repeat in your head to not fall an angel in front of you.

"With my parents. We went to buy clothes for Dad's farewell party since he is leaving the department here" He answered not caring too much. It looked like he was telling the truth but you guys witnessed it with your own eyes, right?

"And yeah, I also did the questions you asked for" He smiled so brightly in the end like he already topped the exam.

Why it's so hard to fight with Jeon Jungkook?

Because he is a total fuckin baby who is munching on his fried rice without caring about anything. Damm what a pure soul.

"Okay so now it's the time for some tea spill. Jungkook Me, Yoongi and Taehyung see you and Rose having ice cream together in an ice cream parlour. You were supposed to be with your parents but you were with Rose. If you had planned a date, you should have informed me right? Why lie about it?" Finally, you said the things you were repeating in your head since morning. You were getting ready for a fight that's why.
When he heard your question he straightened his posture and stopped eating. He got a serious look.

"Oh! Yes, We went there and the ice cream was nice but I didn't lie to you." He replied calmly.

"You did," You say out loud and Taehyung holds your hand as a gesture to make you aware that there are other students around.

"What? No, I didn't lie to you. I went with my parents to the mall and soon Rose's family joined us since her dad was also getting the transfer. My dad and her dad are best mates and hence they decided to shop for their suits together. Our parents were shopping but we both were getting annoyed so we went out of there. Then we went to the teenage corner. Everything was so fucked up there so I decided to have ice cream but she said she want it too then I agreed and we went to that ice cream parlour. I had decided to go to the nearer one but she told me that ice creams at rainbow ice cream parlour are the best. So I decided to give it a try. And you know what guys? The ice cream was the best. They even made the cussed ice creams according to the person's favourites. We will go there someday ok?" he explained the whole and you realise how much drama you created about it for no reason.

You were thinking about what to say and how to cover up the whole thing.

"And I didn't lie to you. I mean why would I?" He said and started to devour his food.

You opened your mouth to say something but

"And also it wasn't a date too. She is just my friend" He forwarded his lunch towards you. You nodded and silently took it.

Taehyung was trying to control his laugh from the moment he told the truth. He knew that it was not what Yn was assuming from the last 24 hours.

But finally, he burst into laughter when you nodded while taking the lunch from Jungkook.

"I told you that you were overreacting,g," Taehyung said while taking a spoonful of rice from Jungkook's lunch. Everyone is a fan of Jungkook's mom's fried rice.

"You never said it" You hit him on his hand stopping him from taking another spoon.

"I said it in my head" Taehyung replied and you laughed a little.
