Jamie's Point of View
----------------------------------
I arrived to school earlier than others, I then set down a melon bread and a vitamin drink on Alex's desk. I have been talking to other kids in my class during our break yesterday to find out that her friend, Katie used to bring her food in the morning and during lunch because she sleeps though morning classes.
I had also found out that Katie was missing only a couple of days after Alex came back to school because of an injury, and now Alex and Lily have been walking to and from school with each other.
Many people speculated that they're dating and that is why they are always together. Some others think that they're living together because Lily was the same one who was in charge of taking care of her when she injured herself.
As I walked through the semi-empty hallways of the school, I could feel that there was something off about Lily. Not that she was the same as me, no that was a given. But there is something off about her. It was like this wasn't the first time this happened, her movements and how she talked was too robotic, like she practiced as if they were lines or something. And her movements too, it was like she was acting out a part.
That is something that I need to get more information on, so let's put that on the back burner for now.
I sit at my desk with a sigh as I opened a carton of strawberry milk, I plopped the straw in the opening and put it in my mouth as I waited for school to start.
Alex's Point of View
----------------------------------
Me and Lily walk into the classroom while other people started to file into the classroom. I finally managed to break away from Lily's grip from my hand. I then walked over to my desk to see a water and a melon bread on my desk, I look over next to my desk to see Jamie sitting there while drinking a strawberry milk.
Did they get me this? I let out a smile as I sat down at my desk and opened the water, taking a sip of it before putting it back down on the desk. A slight smile on my face as I got ready for morning classes.
I could tell that someone was looking at me, I look over to my side from the comer of my eye to see Jamie looking over at me with the straw in her mouth. I look over at her just to make eye contact with me. I give her a smile as she just stared at me with a look in her eyes that I can't really put my finger on.
Jamie then leaned over towards me, setting their hand on my thigh under my desk discreetly. The warmth of her had covering my thigh as I jump out of my seat slightly as a smirk formed on their face.
"Alex, why don't we go somewhere during our free period today." Jamie asked softly as she leaned in close to my face.
My face grew warm from how close she was to me, I gulp down a lump in my throat as I nodded my head as I gave out a crooked smile. They then smiled at me and pulled her hand and face away from me. The warmth of her hand still tingling on my skin.
I smooth out my skirt as I straightened myself out as the morning bell rang, and I just knew that I would not survive the first five minutes of class.
Jamie's Point of View
----------------------------------
It was about thirty minutes into the first period of the day and I looked over from the corner of my eye to see Alex with her head down on her desk, dead asleep next to me. I tilt my head to the side as I poke her with my pencil and she didn't move or anything.
