So remember that whole thing where I kissed Jennie, then fucked her, then told her it was a mistake...

Yeah I'm realizing I'm a idiot for that.

Things haven't been the same since. She can't even bring herself to talk to me. And I'm not exaggerating, the most contact we've had is when I take her vitals and she tells me basic heath information.

It's getting worse too, she didn't even come home last night and it scared the shit out of me. I couldn't sleep to say the least.

I mean shit how am I to know if she's okay? She doesn't answer my text or calls, I looked like a crazy person just trying to make sure she was alive...

Thankfully Lisa answered my call and said she was fine. Her tone was a bit  stand off-ish so I'm guessing Jennie told her about what happened. But I needed to know if she was okay I don't care how crazy, or asshole-ish I look.

I am also regretting the fact that didn't get any sleep last night. I've been working extra shifts here lately to stay out of the house, meaning, it's seven a.m. right now and I won't get off until one a.m. it's a lot but it's distracting me so I'll take it.

"Hey doc, you've hanging around here at lot, everything alright?" Jungkook ask as he enters the changing room.

"Yeah I'm fine, just trying keep my hands busy." I say as I finish putting my scrubs on.

Chaeyoung and another nurse walk into the room where their lockers are and start changing. As they do I can't help but over hear their conversation.

"Did you hear their bringing in a second chief of surgery to support the increase of patients we've been having." Chaeyoung says to the other nurse.

Chaeyoung is your typical gossip girl, always knowing everyones deepest darkest secrets, down to that time you cheated on a test in sixth grade. I mean seriously I have no idea why she's a nurse when she was so clearly meant to be a private investigator...

"What that's crazy, can they even do that?" The nurse ask.

"Apparently, but hey you haven't even heard the best part..." Chaeyoung finishes changing before turning to face the other nurse fully.

"They hired Hong Soojoo for the job." The second Chaeyoung says that name my heart drops.

I haven't heard Soojoo name in five years.

The same name that broke my heart..
Or rather stole it.

I came here to get away from her. To heal, and move on, and live my fucking life without her in it. But now she's coming here too?

"Holy shit, isn't she like world renowned or something?" The nurse ask.

"Yep, I heard yg is offering her one hell of a deal. I mean it makes sense, she's my idol and now she's gonna be our boss..." Chaeyoung lets out a weird fan girl noise after she says that.

Oh yeah, Soojoo is kind of famous. Not Hollywood celebrity famous, but everyone in the world of medicine is familiar with her name. She's like me, a hard worker. Well that and she married one of the richest men in like five countries.

That last part helped her out a lot.

She always did want the bigger things in life, no matter what the cost...

"Who's Hong soojoo?" Jungkook voice pulls me out of my ease dropping trance, causing me to refocus my attention on him.

"Oh um I'm not sure, I don't really know that much about her." Am I lying? Yes. Do I have a valid reason for lying? Also yes.
