Lost in the fire

Chapter 5

"Cheers to you two not killing each other on this trip," Haein said, while holding up his wine glass.

The four of them were sitting in the hot tub that was located inside of Haein and Jisoo's suite. A luxury that Lisa insisted they take advantage of before they had to leave the next day. Roseanne resisted the urge to look at Lisa in her bathing suit. At some point on this trip, the tension between them had become less competitive and more sexual and Roseanne wasn't sure how to feel about that. Luckily, she didn't have to worry about it much longer since they would be flying out the next day and probably wouldn't see each other again, aside from at the wedding.

"Hey, we still have one more night. You never know. I could have just been spending this whole time plotting," Lisa joked.

Roseanne went to splash Lisa, but Lisa must have caught on to what she was doing because she reached out and grabbed her arm before she could.

Jisoo smiled as she looked between the two of them. "You know, if I didn't know any better, I'd say you guys are actually starting to like each other."

"It's a good thing you know better," Lisa answered playfully before using Roseanne's arm to cause her to splash herself.

Roseanne laughed as she wrestled Lisa away and when she looked over at Haein and Jisoo, they were watching them with dumb smirks on their faces. "Who wants to play Never Have I Ever?" Roseanne asked, trying to get the focus off of her interaction with Lisa.

"I'm in," Lisa said, seemingly completely oblivious to what was going on. She put five fingers in the air. "Never have I ever gotten engaged in Cabo."

"Well, that's just rude," Jisoo said as she dropped one of her fingers. "Never have I ever had sex while my roommate was in the room."

Lisa laughed as she put a finger down. "I thought you were asleep, okay?"

"I was asleep. The moaning woke me up."

"Just for the record, the moans were coming from the other girl, not me. I can't help it if I'm that good."

Roseanne could tell Lisa was directing this comment toward her. She didn't know whether it was to tease her or try to show her up, but either way, she found it strangely satisfying. Roseanne wiggled her finger. "Does it count if my roommate was the one I was having sex with?"

Roseanne watched Lisa as she asked the question and she could have sworn Lisa's pupils dilated just from hearing her question. Lisa reached over and pushed Roseanne's finger down. "Unless it was phone sex, she was definitely in the room."

"It most certainly wasn't phone sex. We were both very much present." Roseanne bit her lip and kept her gaze trained on Lisa, loving the effect her talking about having sex with someone was having on her.

The hot tub seemed to be rising in temperature by the second as Lisa continued to stare into Roseanne's eyes. Roseanne had no clue what was happening, but she couldn't get herself to look away. That was until the sound of a throat clearing caught her attention. She looked in the direction of the sound to see Jisoo staring at her with her eyebrows raised.

She moved her eyes to Haein who just shrugged and let out an awkward laugh followed by a snort. She silently begged him to save them all from this awkward moment and luckily he understood.

"I guess it's my turn. Never have I ever had sex in a hot tub."

Jisoo put a hand over her chest as if she was shocked. "Babe! You haven't?" When he shook his head, Jisoo turned her attention to Roseanne and Lisa. "Sorry, ladies, I'd love to continue to watch whatever this is, but I have some important business to attend to."
