(A few days later)
"So what are we going to do for Cope's birthday tomorrow?" "She is turning 6 and that's a big age." I say cheerfully.
"Hmm." I see Kate pause and think about it.
"How about a get together with friends and family?"
"And yes that includes the rest of sleeping with sirens." She remembers.
"Okay sounds fun." I say excitedly. Automatically Vic comes to my mind after she mentions my band. Damn him. As if she was reading my mind she adds,
"Ask pierce the veil if they can come." She smiles.
That's our thing we say pierce the veil or ptv instead of saying Vic, Jaime, Tony, and Mike. We do the same for my band. It is less time consuming.
"I will email, text, and call everyone else. I'm leaving those Mexicans up to you.'' She kisses my cheek and leaves to get to work. I fish my phone out of my pocket and smile as I pull up vic's contact.
