Evelyn went back to school, her head drooping as she slowly walked through the hallways. She had a terrible feeling in her head that someone was going to harm Amara. She looked up to see her teacher standing in front of her: Xavier Lan, a man who had a scary stare and lenses that looked like they would pierce her soul. He looked strangely like the man she saw in the hospital.
"What have you done?! What did you do to Amara?!" Evelyn yelled. She wasn't afraid of him, she just wanted to protect the last friend she had left. However, before she could do anything violent, she found that the principal was right behind her. The next thing she knew, she was in the principal's office, with Mr. Lan sitting right next to her. "Sinister smile? Hospital? What are you talking about?! I never came to the hospital, I think you thought I was someone else." Evelyn glared at him, with a much clearer look this time. Perhaps he didn't look as evil as she'd originally thought. He did strike a somewhat different resemblance to the shadowy figure she saw; in fact, maybe the figure hadn't existed in the first place. She looked up from her chair and stared at him with a straight face. "I'm sorry." She whispered.
