It's been about 10 months ever since Pim was found dead. Charlie was found guilty and charged with murder. He was originally sentence to 2 years in jail but was anonymously bailed out after being in jail only for 6 months. He lost his job and his home all he could afford now is to stay in a not so stable place, which was a cheap apartment. He struggled finding a job again since no one really wanted to hire someone with a murder in their record. He was slowly crumbling and struggle to get money, or at least to even save up. He dived down and developed a drinking habit and got addicted to smoking. He often fights with his landlord about his over due rent and bills and constantly keeps requesting more time but knowing that he still can't be able to afford to pay them up. He sometimes gets nightmares about his life and wishes he can turn back time and stop himself. Life isn't just for him no more..

Charlie sat on the lounging staring at the old tv across the room. His apartment was empty and quiet. Nothing but trash lying around and bills piling the coffee table along with beer cans. He couldn't do much but just sit there watching the same old shit on the tv with a cigarette in his mouth. He was about to fall asleep but then heard a loud knock on his door. Paranoid, he assumed it was his landlord demanding payment again. He didn't want to get up and tried to ignore it but the knocking then became louder. He then angrily got off the couch after hearing the 7th knock and walked over. He the grabbed the door knob. "Look dude I HAVE ALREADY TOLD THAT I NEED-"  Charlie stopped shouting and just stood staring out the door, It was Allan. He was holding somewhat of a box and looked nervous being here.

".. hey." He said awkwardly. ".. hi." Charlie responded back. It was awkward for a moment until Allan spoke up again. "I brought you your old stuff from work." He lowered the box to give to Charlie. "Oh. Thanks.." he then grabbed it and just stared down at it. "Okay.. I'll just um. Go now." "W-wait!" Charlie shouted, Allan turned over, sweating. "..um. Don't you wanna come inside or something." Charlie asked awkwardly. "Well. I suppose. Why?" "Just cause." Allan thought about it for a moment while but eventually gave in and walked in Charlie's apartment. It was messy but he tried not to judge. "It's a mess in here yeah. We just don't talk about it." Charlie said putting the box to aside and walked back to the coach. Allan followed along and sat next to him. It was really awkward but they tried to make some small talk. "So.. what's with this." "With what?" Allan looked over at Charlie. "You. Just you being here." Charlie said leaning back. "Oh well.. the boss request to just drop off some stuff from you and is all. I took the job since I know Glep wouldn't do it." Allan replied, fidgeting with his tie. "Ah.. how's work? It's been so long is all. I just wanna know how's everything." Charlie sat up properly. "Well.. it's been quiet. Nothing special happened." He said. "it's lonely now without you and Pim here." Charlie frowned and Allan looked up surprised, thinking he said something wrong. "D-did I say something!? I didn't mean to trigger you in anyway.." "oh no. It's just it's been a while since I heard someone mentioned Pim, so yeah.." it got awkward again. It was pretty silent and the noise being made around the room is the tv. They sat there for a moment until one of them spoke up. "I was released from jail after a few months in there." Charlie said, out of the bloom. "Oh.. that was.. something I guess." Allan said, rubbing his neck. "N-no I really don't care anymore. That was 6 months ago. I don't care." He exclaimed grabbing something off the floor. "Um.. did you ever find out who got you out?" Allan looked over curiously, Charlie sat back up with a beer can in hand trying to open it. "No but..." Charlie paused for a moment and the slowly turned over to Allan. "how did you know I was bailed out." Allan gulped. "You did mention you were bailed out right..?" "I never said I was bailed out. I said I GOT out." Charlie raised an eyebrow.

Allan let out a sigh and looked over with his head down

Allan let out a sigh and looked over with his head down. ".. I bailed you out. Anonymously." He said, in a somewhat in a shame manner. Charlie just stared. "..why." "N-no reason." The room got silent and awkward again. Charlie took a glimpse at Allan for a moment. It's been months since he has last saw him so what reason could it be for him to come back all of a sudden. It has to be an other reason but the box stuff. Allan looked down at the floor for a moment before speaking up. "I'll admit it.. it's so empty without you in work. I miss you." Charlie's eye widened and he felt somewhat flattered but yet didn't know how to feel. "Oh.. I miss you too.. I guess?" Charlie then turned around, putting down his drink. "I mean.. I kinda miss your company." Allan blushes softly and looks aside. "Well.. here we are again." He said getting comfortable. Charlie then slide his hand to his, he held it in place as he leaned closer to him. "Ive been alone long enough.. for as much as I can remember." he said, leaning against Allan's chest with his face up staring into his eyes.

"It's nice having some comfort again in my life

"It's nice having some comfort again in my life.." Charlie smiled, in a flirty way. Allan didn't know how to feel or respond. It's like everything was happening at once but also didn't know how to act properly. All he could do is just watch Charlie lean up to his face closely. He tried to play along until he felt his lips press against his. They felt so soft and warming but as Charlie tried to pull in closer, it clicked to him and in a panicking manner, Allan pushed him away and quickly got up. "I-I.. what's wrong?" Charlie said, unaware what he just did. "N-NOTHING. I just... um.." Allan looked around trying to think of an excuse but just walked up to the door. "I-I need to go. That's all." Charlie was surprised by his sudden reaction but just watched Allan struggle to open the door. "I'm sorry. I just.. need to go." He then ran out shutting the door behind him, now leaving Charlie on the couch alone and full of questions. He was confused but just brushed it off and just tried to went on his day normally. Allan was just trying to forget about it on his drive back to work. All he knows is that no one should know what really happened besides his just needing to drop off his things. No one must know he kissed a killer.
