If there's a certain way to become friends with your roommates, Noel was not following suit.

"Do you not know how to say hi when you walk into a room?" Winter raised an eyebrow as Noel began looking in the fridge, completely ignoring everyone else's presence.

Whenever Noel had a long night, she became very disoriented the next morning, her sleepiness putting her in a zombified state of mind.

Noel didn't even feel fully human at the moment, her eyes still a bit puffy from her slumber.

"What?" Noel winced, clearing her throat as she stood up, fixing her blanket around her shoulders.

People really like talking so early?

"You know, you have three of your roommates sitting in front of you, the least you could do is say wassup-"

"Is bitching a part of your zodiac? Because if so, you're a true embodiment." Noel huffed, rolling her eyes and going back to looking at the different kombucha flavors.

"What is your problem?" Winter looked at Noel wearily, never meeting someone as rude or unpleasant as her before.

Noel grabbed a flavor she'd never had before and shut the stainless steel door, fully turning to the three women who were sitting at the kitchen island.

She had two options right now.

Either make the situation worse and say all of the sly and incredibly rude remarks that are on the tip of her tongue– or apologize for her lack of respect on this fine Sunday morning.

Even with feeling very tempted, she decided on the latter, wanting to continue her progress on being more polite and kind.

"I'm sorry," Noel started, snuggling more into the pink fuzzy blanket draped around her. "Sometimes if I'm up earlier than expected, I'm not really there, and you," she turned towards Winter, "You be starting with me, girl." Noel snickered.

"I do not!" Winter kissed her teeth, Nari and Halima laughing in response.

"If you want me to be brutally honest with you all, this is the first time where I've had to build relationships completely on my own that weren't work related."

"Well, I appreciate that, and I apologize for my bluntness, I've realized that I could come off too strong-"

"How does a celebrity not know how to make friends?" Halima piped up, cutting the original conversation short, her thick brows knitted together with genuine confusion.

"Y'all want in on a secret?" Noel whispered, adding to the dramatics of her top-secret admittance. "Celebrities don't make their own friends."

While explaining the whole point of PR teams and how management is in the industry, the girls become a bit more curious about Noel's line of work.
