Endora wanted to finish the entire book in one sitting but it wasn't possible since she had work the next day.
Hence, she could only finish chapter 30.
Curiosity was eating her alive but there's nothing that she can do about it. If she's late to work then she might get kicked out.
The money that she earns from writing isn't enough. As a result, she will fail to pay the tuition fees.
Then she can kiss her dream of getting a degree goodbye.
She sighed. She was exhausted.
How she wishes that she had someone who would take care of her!
She didn't feel like writing either. Her stomach started to make sounds. She was hungry.
She groaned because she hadn't made any food that day. Hence, she will have to cook now otherwise she will starve to death.
The doctor told her to strictly maintain a proper and healthy diet. But sometimes, she just forgets to eat.
Especially, when she's busy reading a new book.
She made chill oil noodles as it was easy and less time-consuming to make and marked her dinner as done.
She decided to sleep after taking a shower. As soon as her head touches the pillow, sleep consumes her.
She was already familiar with the silence of this room. Despite staying in the college hostel, she didn't have a roommate.
The last one decided to move to another state, leaving her alone.
The next morning when her eyes opened, instead of the light blue walls of her hostel room, she found herself in a luxurious room.
This room was big enough to be a classroom. She never sat on a bed as soft as this one.
She looked at her dress and it was a golden nightgown. The material was extremely soft and comforting.
She was afraid that it would cost more than her three months' salary. Her surroundings were too beautiful but she wasn't in the right state of mind to admire them.
She was confused about how she got here. Then something hits her like thunder strick.
"Who changed my clothes?" Her eyes became as big as soccer balls.
She started to panic but her loneliness was short-lived.
"Endora, why are you still sleeping? Maid said that no matter how hard she tries, you won't wake up. What's wrong - wait, you are up? Thank goodness. Now, get up," a woman broke into the room without any warning.
"She knows my name? Who's she? Why I never saw her?" One question after another was raised in Endora's mind.
"Wait, could it be that she's one of my relatives and she bought me here? Is she my mother?" Her eyes lighten up.
She looks at the woman with bright eyes.
"Are you my mother?"
"Of course, I am. Did you hit your head somewhere? I guess, you did. It won't be a surprise given that you are so clumsy. Now get up. I want you to look the best today while I introduce you to the others," she said before leaving.
"I also have other family members? Wow!" Endora didn't know whether she should be happy or cry. After so many months of living alone and without any memory, she finally found her family.
She had lots of questions but decided to keep them to herself for later. She didn't want to anger her mother.
She happily got up to take a shower, only to realize that she didn't know where her clothes were or the shower.
"Princess, I apologize. Please forgive me. I only wanted to -"
"Wait, who are you?" Endora was looking at the woman like she had grown two horns on her head.
"Princess? What the hell is going on?"
"Are you so mad at me that you refuse to acknowledge me? I will die. Don't do this to me, my princess," that girl was looking at her with teary eyes.
"Don't tell me that I am a lesbian. Is she my girlfriend? Why don't I feel attracted to her? I am attracted to the fictional men. They are written in ink on the paper. What's my sexuality?" Endora was thinking about all of these with a blank look.
That other girl was now crying.
"Please, don't do this to me," her cries broke Endora's chain of thoughts.
"Hey, get up. I am not mad at you. I am just a little confused. Can you tell me where my clothes are?" She awkwardly said.
She thought that they didn't know about her memory loss. Deciding to clear everything at once later, she changed the topic.
The other girl got up while wiping off her tears with the back of her hands. Her face was slightly red. Probably from crying.
"She's cute but why don't I feel sexually attracted to her? She's giving me sisterly vibes. Could it be that I became straight after that accident?" Endora thought while caressing her chin.
"I will get your clothes right now," she disappeared after saying this.
Within seconds, she was back with a gown and Endora's breathing stopped.
That was the prettiest piece of cloth she had seen till now. It was royal blue.
"It was selected by your mother, especially for today's occasion," she said and Endora nodded her head.
"Do you need anything else, princess?"
"Uh, where's the bathroom?"
The girl was now looking at her like she had grown two horns on her head but she didn't make any comment.
"I will take you there," without giving Endora any chance to speak, she started walking.
Endora decided to follow her like a child following its mother.
She noticed that the house was no less than a royal mansion.
"D*mn, my family must be crazy rich. No wonder I like expensive things that are obviously out of my league," she mentally cried.
"They will help you," the girl said and Endora's mouth got wide open.
A few half-naked girls were standing near a bathtub that was filled with rose petals.
"What the f*ck is actually going on?"
