She again looked at the girl whom she thought was her girlfriend.

She didn't seem jealous.

"Wait, so she's not my girlfriend? Am I really a princess?"

She didn't know whether she should feel relieved or overexcited or cry.

"What's wrong, my princess? Why do you seem so shocked?" The same girl asked.

"Uh, nothing. I don't need any assistance. I can take a bath by myself. Ask them to leave," she was not going to let someone touch her body.

It doesn't matter whether they are lesbian or straight.

"I am extremely sorry but it's an order from your mother. If we don't obey it then she will kick us out. Please, don't let this happen to us," she was back on trying to blackmail Endora with her teary eyes.

And as irritated as Endora was, it was working and she gave in.

"I will definitely learn this technique and use it in my life," she said before sitting in the bathtub.

She was a little hesitant at the start but over time, she started to relax. It felt good.

She closed her eyes, enjoying the pamper.

Soon she was done and they also helped her get dressed. Endora's face was as red as a tomato by the time they finished.

The girl again dragged her into another room, saying that they would style her hair and do makeup before throwing her into the arms of a few more maids.

Endora noticed that they all were wearing the same clothes.

"And it's done, princess," a maid warmly smiled at her while the others were looking her at in awe.

Endora was blushing. She wasn't used to this much attention. She looked around to find a mirror but much to her disappointment, this room didn't have any.

"I want to see how I look -" and again, her mother broke into this room.

"You are looking gorgeous, darling. Now, we need to leave," she dragged Endora up by her arm.

"But I want to see how I look," Endora's protest was ignored by her mother.

"You don't have to. Trust your mother. I want you to look the best today, even more than you."

Endora decided to shut down after noticing that her efforts were going in vain.

Her eyes widened and a gasp left from her lips when she saw guards. She looked at her back and she was indeed in a castle.

"Your grace," the guards bowed down.

"Is the carriage ready?" Her mother asked.

"Yes, your grace. This way," he said before moving in another direction.

Endora was too stunned to speak or even think. From having nothing to becoming a princess within a day was too much for her to digest.

And she saw a carriage for the first time in real life. Or maybe the first time after losing her memory.

Following her mother, she got inside. It was too beautiful and everything felt like a dream.

"Am I still dreaming? This dream feels too realistic but I should wake up before I become crazy," she thought before pinching her wrist, only to hiss.

"Why am I not waking up? Is everything real then?" Her heart filled up with horror.

"You must win the heart of the crown prince. He hates people who act clumsily. Make sure that you don't end up falling before him. Walk slowly if you must but don't fall. And you better not break anything. You might get a chance to dance with the crown prince today. Be sure to make proper use of it," her mother said in a 'no-bulls*it tone.

"Prince? You have got it all-"

The carriage stopped.

"We are here. Be on your best behavior and if you fail to gain the attention of the prince then you are as good as dead meat," her mother hissed before pulling on a happy mask.

Endora's mind became blank.

Her mother wasn't the loving type. She was already disgusted by this. She was feeling like an object.

Her mother got down and so did she. Her eyes filled up with admiration. The castle before her eyes was prettier and larger than her own.

It was indeed a work of art done by extremely talented hands. But her happiness was short-lived when she realized that she had far more important things in her hands than to admire this castle.

She tried to tell her mother about her memory loss but she strictly told her to shut down.

Having no other way, Endora decided to pull a happy facade. They went inside and it did look big from the outside but it was even larger on the inside.

Endora was visibly in awe. She decided that if she must die then she will die after enjoying her best life.

A few maids were walking around with drinks.

"Mother, Can I have one?"

"No, not now. A lady doesn't drink right after arriving. You should talk to the others. The prince should arrive soon. Don't do something that I won't approve," saying this her mother left.

She was standing there with a bored face.

"Now, I can't even have food because of that crazy mother of mine," she huffed.

"Did you see the forbidden prince? He's so handsome. I wish I could marry him," her ears were now sharper.

She was obviously up for some drama.

"Shh, don't say such things. He's no good and a total beast."

"A handsome beast. And how can he not be good when he's the best warrior in our kingdom?"

"The crown prince doesn't like him. Today is the crown prince's day. We should stop."

"Obviously the crown prince doesn't like him. But still, he's after everything that's desired by the forbidden prince," mockery could be heard in her voice.

Endora was impressed by her courage.

"Someone will hear you. You should keep your mouth shut. Now, let's move to somewhere else," and they were gone.

"Interesting," Endora thought while looking around. All of a sudden, her eyes fall on a cobalt blue-eyed man.

And her breathing hitched.
