Danielle POV

"Pumapayag na ako." I said.

"Good. Alright, i have to about you first and you have to know things about me as well. My parents, specially my mom will ask you some questions once i introduce you to them as my boyfriend" he replied. "Actually i already read your information. Pina background check na kita." He added.

"Ha?" Gulat ko. Background check? Ano ako? May criminal history? "Grabe naman sa background check you can get to me by asking me some questions about myself and i wouldn't mind that. T'yaka wala naman akong cheating history" taas 'ko ng kilay.

"Then, why are you so defensive?" He also rose his eye brow and looked at me seriously. He looked like judging my whole.

"Kidding. I was just messing around Danielle." He chuckled, his smile looked so cute. It looks so genuine.

"Marunong ka pala mag joke no? Sobrang seryoso mo kasing tao e. You look better when you have a smile on your face btw. Gan'yan ka na lang." I chuckled.

"Don't judge the book by it's cover. Anyways, here" He gave me an envelope that contains information about him, and his family. i opened it and read.

I'm surprised that he's from the Del Rosario family one of the richest in the country and his mom is the person who wants to be business partner with Tito.

"Well, we should also know what each others favorite foods, things to do, and siyempre i should know who you are as a person." Nag bago ang timpla ng kaniyang mukha as i said that.

"Just consider this as a contract, we're not going to be a couple by heart this is the consequence for what you did." He crossed his arms above his chest.
Hindi na ako sumagot. "Pirmahan mo sa baba" sabi niya sabay lapag ng isang papel sa harapan ko.

"Seryosong contract talaga?" I chuckled.

"Argh. Just sign it already." Irap niya. He gave me the pen at pinirmahan ko na dahil umuusok na ilong niya.

"Oh, so that means i'm your boyfriend now? When we will start dating each other?" I asked, handing him the pen he gave me.

"I'm not available tomorrow marami akong gagawin." Sabi niya habang inaaayos na ang mga papel sa bag niya.

"How about this Saturday?" I asked. Huminto siya saklit at nag-isip.

"I'll check my sched" he said.

Tumayo na siya at tumayo na rin ako para makauwi na. Sabay kaming lumabas ng cafe.

"Hey, let me drive you home." I insisted.

"No need, i can manage." He replied.

"Well i'm your boyfriend now, Vian and your safety is one of my priority." I stepped forward towards him and leaned closer, until out faces were inches close to each other. I gave him a teasingly smirked.

"Fine." Maikling sagot niya. Sumakay na siya sa Ferrari ko. He didn't let me open the door for him.

Habang nag d-drive ako he suddenly asked me about my mother. "Your mother is the CEO of your family's company right? Here in the Philippines?" He asked.

"Yeah why?"

"Nothing" he responded but he look like he's thinking of something. We arrived at their mansion, nag paalam na siya bago pa siya bumaba pinigilan ko agad siya.

"Vian.."

"Yes?" He responded.

"Have a great day ahead.. love?" I smiled kahit medyo naiilang ako sa sinabi ko at hindi ko alam bakit ko nasabi iyon.

"Pft" he rolled his eyes. "You really good at acting aren't you? Anyway, you too. Have a great day ahead." He said before he open the car door.

I arrived home, gabi na ako nakauwi at hindi na kumain dahil sa pagod, i went upstairs to my room at hindi ko namalayan na nakatulog na ako.

Vee's POV

It's Saturday but i have something to do to my office so i woke up early para maaga ako sa opisina.

"Manang Ella, gising na po ba si Wise?" I asked as i sat on the table to eat pancakes with stirrup and berries on top.

"Hindi pa Vee, gabi na siya nakauwi kagabi e- ay ayan na pala." Sagot ni Manang ng papalapit si Wise sa amin inaayos ang sleeves niya, he's wearing white shirt with checkered red jacket hindi iyon naka botton, and medium denim shorts.

"Bihis na bihis ka" I said.

"Good morning mommy" He kissed me on the cheek and sat in front of me on the table.

"Do you have a date?" I asked.

"Uhm.. ye-yeah?" He answered.

"Who's the lucky girl-" Hindi na natuloy ang sa sabihin niya ng biglang mag ring ang phone niya.

"Ah mommy i have to go, i might be late for dinner, ingat po sa work" he kissed me on the cheek before leaving.

"That's a rush" i whispered.

I'm currently reading the new product na ilalabas na'min, suddenly someone knocked on the door.

"Come in" i said, and my secretary came entered.

"Ma'am, Sir Leo Villaluna what's to talk to you." Liam said.

"Let him" minutes later Kuya Leo entered my office and sat at the couch. I focus on what i'm doing while he started the conversation.

"Gustong makipag business partner sa akin ni Mrs. Del Rosario." He said.

"Hm?" I responded, at binaling ang tingin sa laptop ko sa desk.

"Is it okay to you? I just want to ask if it's okay to reconnect with the Del Rosario's, Vee." He continued.

"It's okay Kuya, the company has nothing to do with my past with the Del Rosario's. So go on, it's your decision. I know you know what's better." I replied. He's looking at me like he was reading what's inside my mind. Actually, i'm not okay with it. I have no plans to have connections with them specially to Sabrina. Mrs. Del Rosario. After everything, it still hurts. I already accepted everything but why there's still pain that still remain?

After few minutes trying to read what's inside me. Kuya left and i didn't noticed my tears rolling down to my cheeks.
