Ultra Magnus let out a heavy sigh as he lifted Rodimus off the couch and began to drag him towards his quarters aboard the Autobot ship. He couldn't believe that his fellow Autobot leader had been awake for an entire week without any sleep. It was a recipe for disaster, and Ultra Magnus had to step in before things got out of hand.

Rodimus had been working tirelessly on a new plan to defeat the Decepticons, his mind constantly buzzing with ideas and strategies. But after days of non-stop work, his body had finally reached its breaking point. He was stumbling around like a drunk bot, unable to form coherent sentences or make simple decisions.

Ultra Magnus knew that it was up to him to take care of Rodimus in his time of need. As much as he enjoyed teasing his friend for his reckless behavior, he also had a strong sense of duty and loyalty towards his fellow Autobots. So, without hesitation, he had declared himself Rodimus's official babysitter until further notice.

Dragging Rodimus down the narrow corridors of the ship, Ultra Magnus couldn't help but feel a twinge of frustration. How could someone as bold and daring as Rodimus be so oblivious to his own limits? It was moments like these that reminded Ultra Magnus just how different they were in their approaches to leadership.

As they reached Rodimus's quarters, Ultra Magnus gently eased him onto the berth and covered him with a thick blanket. Rodimus mumbled something incoherent before finally succumbing to sleep. Ultra Magnus stood back and watched him for a moment, a feeling of protectiveness washing over him.

He knew that Rodimus would probably be embarrassed when he woke up and realized that Ultra Magnus had taken care of him like a helpless sparkling. But in that moment, all Ultra Magnus could see was a tired and vulnerable friend who needed someone to look out for him.

Over the next few days, Ultra Magnus stayed by Rodimus's side, making sure that he got plenty of rest and relaxation. He brought him energon cubes and helped him with his work when he could. He even let Rodimus complain about how bored he was without rolling his optics in annoyance.

As the days passed, Ultra Magnus couldn't help but notice a change in Rodimus. The constant tension in his shoulders began to ease, and the frantic gleam in his optics softened. He started to smile more and crack jokes with the other Autobots. It was like a weight had been lifted from his shoulders.

One evening, as they sat together watching the stars streak past the viewport, Rodimus turned to Ultra Magnus with a grateful expression on his face. "Thanks, Magnus," he said softly. "I don't know what I would have done without you looking out for me."

Ultra Magnus merely nodded in response, a small smile tugging at the corners of his mouth. He was glad to see his friend back to his old self, full of energy and enthusiasm for the battles ahead.

From that day on, Ultra Magnus made a promise to himself to always be there for Rodimus, no matter what. He knew that their leadership styles might be different, but their bond as Autobots was unbreakable. And if that meant playing babysitter every now and then, then so be it.

As they sat in companionable silence, watching the stars twinkle in the endless void of space, Ultra Magnus couldn't help but feel a sense of peace settle over him. Rodimus may have been the bold and reckless one, but together, they made a formidable team, ready to face whatever challenges came their way.

And with that thought in mind, Ultra Magnus allowed himself to relax for the first time in weeks, content in the knowledge that he had a true friend by his side.
