*His pov*

Anaya started to get comfortable around me and I can't even define my happiness in words.

Her voice is soo addictive that I could hear it all day and night, until ashes.

But the sudden change in her behavior started to disturb me.

She started shelling herself up in just a day. She was fine until last night.

I did ask her many times but didn't get any answer back. I can't even figure out what the reason is.

Her eyes turned red with worry and sorrow which could reciprocate the pain she is holding inside.

I tried calling her out but didn't get any answer back.

I know she's awake but decided to leave and give her some time to cope up with her feelings.

I just hope I'm not making her uncomfortable.

I went downstairs and held my head in pain. I can't even figure anything out at this moment.

Did I do something wrong or is it because of something else?

One thing I'm sure is that, something is really bothering her.

I took my phone out and switched it onn.

I saw a text from prathik that said 'call me once you check your phone. It's important'

What's soo important that he had to text me up.

"Hello"

"Why the hell did you switch your phone off. Do you even know what's happening asshole?"

He started to shout on the other side of the call.

"Calm down and tell me so that I know what happened"

"I don't know but your father said it's important so you better call him right now or I'll come kill you"

I just huffed back to his soo special warning he just tried to give.

Dad wants to talk about something important? He will probably ask me to get back home.

"I know what you are thinking nihal. You may never know what happened but he sounded really worried and said it was urgent. You better talk to him right now"

"Hmm okay fine I'll call him"

I said and end the call.

Before I could call dad, I got a call from him so I answered it.

"Nihal how is Anaya?"

This question caught me off guard.

Was that out of concern or does he know something that I don't again?

"Why are you asking that?"

"Nihal first answer me then you can fight later"

He sounded worried.

But I'm not sure if I should tell them the truth or just keep this up to me and Anaya.

"Did something happen that I don't know about?"

"Did Anaya not tell you?"

"What happened dad. She's behaving strange since last night and isn't even talking about it"

"Ohh.... that...."

He started to hesitate which made me more worried about Anaya.

"Are you gonna tell me or it will be worse if I find it out myself dad"
