It wasn't until close to Christmas that they realized something was different. Changbin had always been a sensitive angel, but recently the littlest things would make him burst into tears. For nearly a month now, he had been vomiting everything he eats, and his mates grew extremely worried.

They took him to the doctor and found out he was pregnant. Needless to say, the four of them were overjoyed at the prospect of having little pups running around. Changbin's alphas grew even more protective of their little Bunny and pups. The only people they trusted him around alone were Jisung and Seungmin.

The pregnancy was difficult to say the least. The poor omega's fragile body was struggling with the weight of three pups, and by March Changbin felt like he could barely move.

Currently, the omega was curled up with Seungmin and Jisung in his nest, waiting for his alphas to return home from work. All three of the pups have been kicking, and Changbin was close to tears from the feeling. The sound of the front door opening has the omega whimpering. The sounds of distress reached his alpha's ears, and in a moment Jeongin had flung the door to Changbin's bedroom open.

"Awe, are the pups kicking, Bunny?" Jeongin crawled into the nest beside him, the two betas slipping out to give them some alone time. The tears finally begin flowing down Changbin's cheeks as he nods, a watery sob bubbling from his lips. "I'm so sorry, precious."

Jeongin makes sure to thoroughly scent him before sliding down towards Changbin's belly. He nuzzles against the baby bump, soaking in the sweet scent of milk that pups produce. He scents Changbin's bump, calming down the fidgety pups.

"Thank you, Innie." Changbin sighs out, eyes fluttering shut in bliss as his alpha scatters kisses across his body, whispering sweet praises into his omega's honey skin.

After about thirty minutes, they hear the front door open again, Minho and Chan's voices filtering through the house. Jeongin texts them to come up, continuing to sooth their sleepy omega. The pair quietly enter the room, cooing softly at Changbin's relaxed form, rarely ever seeing him like that anymore. They cuddle into the nest on either side of their omega, Jeongin continuing to rest his head on the baby bump.

"Our Luna is so good to us, carrying our pups like the perfect Mama he is~" Minho coos, a shy smile twitching across Changbin's mouth as he forces his eyes open.

"Hello alphas..." He mumbles sleepily, happy purrs vibrating through his body as Chan begins massaging his thighs and sides.

"I'm gonna start working from home, Bunny. We need to hire help for cleaning and cooking, and I'm not leaving you alone with strangers in the house." Chan states, pressing soft kisses into Changbin's chubby cheeks.

"Really?" His eyes sparkle, loving that he'll have Chan around more.

"Really." Chan smiles, scootching closer. "And Minho and Innie are going to start working half days as well." They watch the sleepy omega's face brighten, and he presses a loving kiss to each of his alphas' lips before drifting into sleep.

It's now May, and the babies are getting heavier and heavier, leaving their poor mama in constant pain. Changbin was currently in the process of toddling downstairs to get a glass of water. Once he makes it down successfully, he fills up his water bottle, caressing his bump tiredly.
