"He can't see the smile I'm faking
And my heart's not breaking
'Cause I'm not feeling anything at all
And you were wild and crazy
Just so frustrating, intoxicating, complicated
Got away by some mistake and now
I miss screaming and fighting and kissing in the rain
It's 2 a.m. and I'm cursing your name
I'm so in love that I acted insane
And that's the way I loved you"

in which y/n goes to her new fling, Kai Havertz',  football game, but it happens to be against her ex
boyfriends club.

★・・・・・・★

Y/n and Dominik were together for a year and a half, however, their relationship wasn't exactly the healthiest. They were both overly jealous when the other was around certain people, they were constantly fighting, and they were always confused. But in all that, there was passion.

They were in love.

Their love just wasn't enough for them to stay together.

Now, y/n has recently been going out with Kai Havertz from Arsenal. Kai has treated y/n incredibly. He respects her, he's a gentleman, and he does everything that he should.

Y/n is slowly starting to like him more and more...but a piece of her feels as if something's missing. She doesn't know what it is, but something is stopping her from fully committing to him.

Kai invited y/n to his match today, and she gladly accepted. Except she didn't even bother to check who they were playing against, until she was in her seat, and saw with her own eyes.

And she saw the one man that made her feel so many different things, Dominik Szoboszlai.

He made her feel things that Kai couldn't make her feel. And she hated herself for missing the football player, especially because Kai was so great to her.

How could she still feel something for her ex that never let her know peace, when she finally had peace right in front of her.

She sat through the game just like she would any other game, but once it ended she hurried into the stadium to wait outside for Kai so that the two could leave.

She paced around back and forth, hoping that Kai could get dressed quickly, so that she wouldn't risk seeing Dominik. Or even worse, having a conversation with him.

But of course to her luck, she felt a familiar hand tap the back of her shoulder. And as she turned around, there he was.
