Plot: The Lupin Gang and Shadow Wolf are mistaken is UNITY operatives and was the prime targets of HARM (Heartless Affliction Reprobate Malevolent), an international terrorist organization bend on for world domination by attempting to use the defected East German scientist formula that can creates poison gas in order to cause an outbreak of virus across Europe. It's up to the gang and UNITY agent Cate Archer, who are portrays as secret agents, to saved the world.

It's up to them to prevent HARM from sparking a conflict between the two nations.

Plot: During their vacation in New Bordeaux, Louisiana, the gang encounters a Vietnam vet named Lincoln Clay who is on a revenge mission after his family was murdered by the Marcano Crime Family. Together, they help him taking down Marcano's operations and underbosses before going after the mob boss himself.

Plot: Shadow Wolf and the Lupin Gang are battling against a criminal terrorist organization known as Evil Genius, who are going after the Tunisian Diamond that is worth $200 million.

Plot: Lupin and the gang met John Jack, professional killer recruited by H.A.R.M. who are against an Italian criminal organization, Danger Danger. Realized that their lives are in the line, they have to work for HARM in stealing the rocket missiles from Danger Danger in order to get out of the hit list.
