Part 14

The next afternoon I woke up and smiled remembering last night's moments  I heard a subtle shift next to me I looked to the left of me to see my cat trying to find his way out of tangled covers. "silly cat" I laughed as I helped him get out of the covers  " I almost forgot" I said to myself as I walked over to one of my gift bags and grabbed the collar out of it and walked back over to Niko and put it on him. "perfect " I smiled then picked up my phone and took a picture and captioned it Niko likes his new collar and sent it to Clint.  'glad he likes it, It suits him' he replied. I smiled then put my phone down and got dressed. I didn't have to go to school for the month tony called them and told them what happened but without the weird part. I put my shoes on  then put my phone in my pocket picked up Niko and went downstairs the monopoly box was still on the table from last night. "morning sunshine how did you sleep?" bucky sat up when he saw me walk in.  I walked over to the couch and saw Bruce and Steve sitting on the couch they turned towards me when Bucky spoke "Morning, I slept okay how about you guys" I sat down in a chair next to Bucky and placed Niko down. "okay as always was in the lab late" bruce smiled lightly. "I actually slept alright" Steve leaned back. " as for me doll I slept great I always do after a party" he laughed lightly.  "well since we never got to play would anyone want to play Monopoly today" I laughed as I opened the box and started setting everything up. "sure I said I'd be banker didn't I" bruce chuckled as he leaned more towards the table. "I never played so this could be fun. " steve said as he sat up straight. 

"I have only played one time but that was on a mission a long time ago when I was still you know. " bucky looked down then at me. "Alright well I call dibs on the cat figure "Hey can I join" Clint said walking into the room. "sure " I smiled as I watched him sit down. Everyone picked their pieces and we were about to play. "hey not without me I know Banner likes to cheat" tony said as he pulled up a chair and grabbed a figure and set it down on the board. "yeah you only say I cheat because I'm always banker so you don't have extra funds" bruce chuckled as he handed tony his money for the game. "hey at least I do it when you don't look you only caught me what one-time" tony smirked as he grabbed the dice " More than once tony" bruce rolled his eyes. " I saw him do it too" Clint added.  "okay so higher or lower starts first y/n you pick" Tony looked at me shaking the dice in his hand.  "higher I guess " I laughed at the question. Tony rolled the dice and the game went on from there. 

~20 mins time skip~ 

"Parkplace I own it and bought it and have a hotel on it rogers pay up" Tony held his hand out in front of Steve and Bruce "Well at least I didn't spend all my money the first go around" Steve sighed as he handed him his money. "Alright whose turn is it I want to bankrupt someone" Tony hit his play money and smirked. "My turn and I'm past Park Place, you can't bankrupt me stark" Clint leaned forward picked up the dice then rolled. "Six okay who owns Kentucky Ave cause it's not me" Clint moved his figure and raised his brow. "alright that's mine and you owe me 200 " Bucky said as he checked the card then looked back up.  "I'd take that over Starks precious Park Place and Boardwalk." Clint laughed as he gave Bucky his money "Seems like I'm the only one who lands on it " Steve laughed and shook his head. "well it's my turn now" Bruce said with a sigh as he picked up the dice and then rolled. "Oh I go to jail yeah that's for the best" he laughed as he moved his figure to the jail spot. "see Bruce this is why you don't mess with the stark law you go to jail which If I were banker this wouldn't happen." tony raised his brows and looked at him with a I win look on his face. "very funny tony" bruce crossed his arms. 

As the night continued Tony actually lost he only had park place and boardwalk he landed on everyone else's properties. Steve won he had the most money bucky came in second I was in third Bruce was okay with fourth, Clint also went bankrupt.  "I told you, that you would lose Tony" Clint chuckled "I didn't lose you went bankrupt before I did so I technically beat you, and you lost " Tony crossed his arms and looked at Clint "Whatever helps you sleep at night" Clint joked. "Im surprised at how good you are at the game having never played," Bruce said looking at Steve. "I'm a fast learner I've also watched people play before." Steve laughed lightly as he put his play money back into the box. "Yeah sure you are " I smiled.  "well I'm going to go take a shower then head to bed " I said as I picked up my cat and stood up. "alright well sleep well," they all said in unison then looked at each other weirdly. "lets never do that again" Tony shook his head. I laughed and then walked up to my room, I closed the door behind me and placed Niko on my bed. I then gathered my pj's for after my shower. 

After my shower, I wrapped myself in a towel and walked out of the bathroom. I heard a small knock on my door. I held my towel to ensure it wouldn't fall and answered the door. "sorry if I interrupted your shower " bucky blushed lightly. " you didn't I just got done, whats up" I looked at him. " oh uh I just wanted to see if maybe you would like to go out for dinner?" he smiled and put his hand behind his head. "not tonight its really late but maybe tomorrow?" I smiled back at him. " Okay I'll meet you here say 6 o'clock " he swayed back and forth on his feet. "sure I'll see you tomorrow night. " I smiled then shut the door as he walked away. "niko I have a date tomorrow, " I said as I turned to my cat. He just blinked at me and then licked his paws.  I got dressed for bed then laid down niko cuddled up next to me then I drifted off to sleep.
