Y/n is going to be so surprised when she comes down stairs, I got her a black cat after all I dont like cats but I know she loves them so I got her one. I was holding it in my arms waiting for her to come down "tony are you holding a cat" clint asked "as a matter of fact I am even though I dont like the little buggers but I wanted to get y/n one" I smiled "okay who are you and what have you done with tony" rodey walked over to us "I don't know I would say I'm the new and improved tony" I played along I heard a loud thud behind me "oh my god mr stark" Peter yelled loudly I turned around and saw my daughter at the bottom of the stairs bleeding with cuts on her face and arms and shards of glass every where "shit" I yelled "take the cat" I handed it to Clint "what" he asked "take the damn cat " I replied he took it and as soon as he did I ran over to y/n "peter back up" I yelled at him "but why i wanna help" he asked confused "there is glass everywhere I dont need you getting hurt trying to help" I told him "tony she's not breathing "steve said taking his fingers off of her neck "no, no she has to be breathing she has to" I cried out
"thor take her to the lab" natasha said looking back at thor "bruce trying and get all of the glass out of her as fast as you can then try and get her heart started "natasha said trying to stay calm "you want her to die " I yelled at her "tony we dont know how much glass is in her it might hurt her more if we do CPR " she scolded me thor carefully picked her up and took her to the lab bruce and I followed "mr stark is she gonna be okay " Peter cried "I I dont know " I replied I saw his eyes widened when I said that thor put y/n on the table while bruce put gloves and his glasses on. He walked over to her and used tweasers to get the glass out of her arms cheat and legs he put the glass aside in a bowl then got out a beating pump he held it over her mouth and pumped air into her"nat could you get the electrical heart adapter " he asked then natasha rushed over to him with it on a tray "charge it to 100" he looked at her. Once she did so he picked up the charges "stand back, clear" he pushed it on to y/n's chest then looked at the heart monitor and nothing tears fell down my face "charge it again " he yelled "charged " natasha yelled "clear" he pushed Nicole's chest and looked at the heart monitor it beeped once then I sighed in relief then it beeped normally I wiped the tears off of my face and walked over to bruce "thank you" I hugged him tightly he hugged me back. I let go and looked at y/n she had bruises on her face her neck had scratches it was hard to look at her without crying. I put my hand on her the side of her face "I'm sorry I'm so so sorry" I said almost crying my heart out knowing I almost lost her. Bruce was in much tears as I was Steve left the room he couldn't stand the sight of how terrible she looked. Peter sat outside waiting for good news or bad news so did clint. I stood up all the way and walked out to face everyone clint peter were sitting down with nervous looks on their faces Steve was paseing back and forth. Rodey leading against the door frame "I have news " I said.everyone looked at me "is she okay" steve asked concerned "she's alive I dont think anyone should visit her right now it might be a shock for her if people are surround her but she is okay" I explained "oh thank god" steve said relieved he sat down next to Clint. "I need some air anyone else need a breather " I asked "I could use one" steve stood up and started walking to the stairs to the roof, and so did I. Once we got to the roof I let out a big sigh "for a moment I lost her and it felt like I was losing pepper again I just never realized before how much time I missed out on until I just saw her there not responding or breathing it broke me it really did" I leaned on the cement and looked over the city "I just dont know what to do" I put my hand over my face "you know I love her as much as you do tony but me nat, and Clint we raised her I dont know what to tell you, just spend you time wisely cause you never know that might be all that you get " he looked at me "I know I made a huge mistake and I regret it, I regret missing everything but I want to be there for her as long as I can even if I die trying I just dont want her to not know her dad you know" I sighed "tell me what to do Roggers " I looked at him tears in my eyes "because I dont know what I'm doing or how I should handle this I'm not good with this sort if thing" I said " well if you really want to make her happy just spend time with her, that's all she wants tony, nothing big nothing dramatic just you and us and cake " he smiled lightly. "Does that mean I can take the cat back" I raised my brows, he laughed hard then patted me on the shoulder. We both turned around and saw vision standing at the door "Mr stark you should come down and see this" he said then going through the door
