Chapter 2:- Will You Be My Girlfriend???

Aarvi was excited that today she would get some work and start earning. With savings, she would open her own jewelry store. She got ready in the morning and looked at the card given by Rehan.

The first time at the airport, I thought he was rude and arrogant, but as he offered me a job, he seemed good. I hope I can fulfill all his demands, Aarvi said to herself.

"Shall we go, ma'am?"

"Yes, Rosy, come on, let's go."

They both went to the location as per the card. It was a big office, but both of them just looked and entered. They belonged to a rich family, so it was common for them. They both greeted the receptionist, and the girl directed them to the room.

Aarvi knocked on the door.

A heavy voice was heard from inside, saying, "Come in."

She entered the room. Rehan asked Rosy to stand out for a couple of minutes.

"So, are you sure, Aarvi, you are ready to work for me?"

"Yes, I am 100% sure. Just tell me the work I am supposed to do."

"First, sign these papers, Aarvi."

But it's better if you could first tell me what work I am supposed to do and if I am capable of it.

See, Aarvi, I don't like to talk here and there, so I will be direct. You first sign these papers, and I will confirm what the work is.

Aarvi was not sure what to do, yet she signed the paperwork which gave her the biggest shock.

"I have signed these papers, Rehan. Now tell me, what am I supposed to do?"

"You are supposed to do nothing."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, Aarvi, you need to be my girlfriend."

"Are you crazy? I have met you only yesterday, and you want me to be your girlfriend. Have you lost your mind? I am not going to do this. Do anything you want."

"You can't say no to me, sweetheart."

"First of all, don't call me sweetheart. Second of all, why can't I say no to you?"

"As per the papers, if you refuse to be my girlfriend for 1 year, you need to pay me 15 crore rupees. So, are you ready to give it?"

"I can give you 20 crore, but I can't be your girlfriend."

You are such a scam, just wanting to earn money from others.

"Shut up, Aarvi. I just need a girl to fake my girlfriend. If you do so, then I will give you 50 lakhs per month. Now it's your wish."

"Aarvi, this is a great opportunity for you. You can earn a good amount and open up your own jewelry business. But a year with him? No, no, not possible," Aarvi said in her mind.

"Aarvi, what are you thinking?"

"First, tell me why you are asking me to be your girlfriend. You can have any girl."

"Because you are new to India, and people would rarely know you."

"Wow, that's the reason," she said sarcastically. "If I hadn't left my home, I would not have ended up with him."
