Ch 3 Another Wet Bed

Luke was feeling a little better after the doctors appointment and he asked his mother if he could have a sleepover with his friend William and Laura. His mother said do you think that is a good idea with what has been happening recently. Luke said that is the first time it's not like this has been going on for weeks. His mom said if this stops soon sure but if it keeps going we are going to have to figure something out because I don't want to deprive you from hanging out with your friends. Luke went to his room and just played a couple of games on his phone and watched a couple of YouTube videos until it was time for dinner. His mom called him down and told him to set the table and Luke did as he was told getting four plates forks and glasses. Tonight was one of his favorites fried rice which consisted of white rice soy sauce egg chunks zucchini bacon and more bacon. This was all fried in a pan and was a very common dish in the Harrison household. When the whole family was at the table their dad prayed: Dear Lord we are pleased to be in your presence today thank you for the food we have because of your creation and we thank that you gave Martha (mom) the ability to cook for us and herself amen. As we dug into in my father asked so when is your next game and Luke replied this Friday like every week. His dad sorry I forgot about that but I'm going to be surprised if you can top last week three touchdown catches 157 yards through the air and 43 on the ground plus not a single dropped pass and when you played cornerback 3 tackles a forced fumble 2 pass deflections and a interception. I grin and say don't forget the first extra point I kicked. His dad laughed and said yeah but you did honk it off the upright. Luke said yeah yeah details plus who's on tonight. His dad said nobody important the raiders and broncos. Oh then I'm going to just going to do some homework and go to bed after a shower see ya. As he closed and locked the door to his room and called Laura because they both had things to do. So Laura we got to finish assignment 90 (math assignment) and I'm stuck on number 14. Laura said slow down I'm only on number 8. Oh just use the distributive property. Although Luke and Laura spent more time joking laughing and talking than working on math in one hour it was finished. Luke said it's eleven so I'm gonna to go to bed because tomorrow is Sunday and I got church and I'm helping In kids church for volunteer hours. Laura said lucky you get to spend time with little kids helping them get to know god. Then they said see ya soon and hung up. Luke put in a AirPod put on his chill rap playlist on soft and drifted of to sleep. While Luke intended to sleep in tomorrow he had to wake up at nine and be at church at nine thirty so when he woke up he was groggy and tired so he didn't realize he had wet the bed again as he put on his clothes and closed the door to his room and left the house. Two hours later after church he came back to his room and cussed to himself because he saw his bed he couldn't help but say s**t or g*******t and he also was too mad the keep f**k out of his mouth. Silently he signaled to his mother that he had another accident on the bed and she said wash it and we will discuss this issue further tonight. His father sighed but said nothing as he knew what was happening even without having to look at it.
