..Raghav sat for a long with kalpi holding her close to him at the city hospital in mumbai. caressing kalpi's head looking at her with so much love.she was carrying his child in her womb.........kalpi..the mother of his. child. Raghav thanked bappa for this great blessings. ..kalpi laid her head on his shoulder resting safely in his arms when doctor krish walked in...."Mr Singhania ., your wife needs complete bed rest for at least two months..she is a little anemic. ."...."two months but I need to work kalpi protested .."oh no you're not kalpana Mrs Trivedi said. .. walking in ...."complete bed rest kalpana and that's an order I want you and your baby to be healthy and I want you to sign on this . .....Mrs Trivedi gave kalpana some documents The Trivedi Company lawyer Mr Deshmukh was also present. ..kalpi read what was printed on the documents .it read that kalpi was fifty percent share holder and partner of Trivedi Construction.kalpi was speechless she was equall boss of Trivedi Construction. ......."Kalpana. ...you have brought the biggest and wealthy client to our company. .you are my business partner and this is your first business cheque of profits sharing. ...."kalpi's hand shook when she saw the forty million worth cheque.......she could not believe her eyes......Mrs Trivedi continued I have allocated five million for our employees....Kalpana I will see you in the office after your complete rest of two months.. Mrs Trivedi left after getting the documents signed ..kalpi cried as she looked at the cheque again..Thank you bappa for your blessings " kalpi said loudly............while raghav was also on top of the world. .. kalpi had achieved the impossible ...... her aasman in her hands....while raghav looked on holding kalpi the doctor walked in.....Mr Singhania ..your wife is in good hands there is no need for you to sit on the bed holding her"..the doctor teased and Raghav smilled sheepishly and let go of kalpi and got out of bed but still refused to budge from the hospital room....the doctor continued Mr Singhania your wife is deprived of sleep.....she needs a lot of sleep and total rest.....the doctor advised "...ok doctor I will let her rest "replied raghav not taking his eyes off kalpi who was overwhelmed by raghav's care and concern. ......I will be back in the evening to check on her .".saying this the doctor left the room.........kalpi raised her hand and gestured raghav to go to her and he did. ....."yes my darling wife I am at your service......"come closer" kalpi whispered. .....raghav edged closer a twinkle in his eyes...."closer" kalpi invited .and when raghav was close enough kalpi put both her around raghav then cupped his face and kissed him full smack on his lips then said "first kiss for loving me......then kalpi gave him another kiss. .....second kiss for marrying me...raghav chuckled while enjoying the kissess.......kalpi continued the third kiss is for believing in me and giving me the chance of my lifetime .I have reached my aasman raghav my aai's dream I have won .......raghav touched her face in awe......you will always be a winner kalpi................kalpi gave him a fourth kiss ...."for making me mother of your child.I am happy ....and kalpi gave him a final kiss long and. .... lingering . raghav hugged her closer...."this is a special kiss for my husband on his birthday......saying this kalpi gave raghav a double kiss and while they were both engrossed in that kiss they both did not realise they had a spectator........."Mr Singhania shooo off you go your wife needs a lot of rest.......the doctor who had left a few minutes ago had obviously forgotten his stethoscope and had returned to take it..........Raghav pulled away from kalpi and laughed and immediately left the room.....kalpi laid back on the bed and slept for a while then woke up when the nurse came to check on her pressure then gave some tablets to kalpi........later in the evening kamla brought home cooked food for kalpi and sat by the bed and fed kalpi lovingly. .......Kalpi beta " you have to very careful in the early stages of pregnancy. ....." advised kamla .." I will take care on myself aai " said kalpi while kamla apologised to kalpi. ......I am sorry kalpi for my bad behaviour raghav told me about pakki and gauri they are hand in hand and cheated us.........Aai please please don't be upset bappa will definitely help us..and does baba know about me........kalpi was anxious to know ....".No kalpi I cannot let vittal know ...he will get mad and might try to harm raghav because both of you are not legally married. ........"aai please take care of raghav until I get out from hospital............kalpi begged kamla. " I will kalpi and for now we have to careful of pakki she is obsessed with raghav and can go to any extend to get him .. raghav arrived shortly and gave kamla the cheque ..kamla was overwhelmed by the amount stated on the chque and the partnership that kalpi got .. kamla thanked bappa and hugged kalpi and raghav later .raghav went out to call sammy and as kamla was talking the devil pakki stepped foot at the hospital and was standing at the registration counter talking to the receptionist and raghav just saw her in time and walked up to her " Pakki you here he asked with mock concern ..have you hurt yourself Raghav what are you doing here pakki asked in surprise ....." I was driving past and I saw you coming in to the hospital so I came in lied raghav ........" raghav I came here to see a friend ..do you want to come along .....asked pakki.........I cannot stay long you go ahead I will wait for you......and by the way in which ward is your friend in " raghav asked casually and was relieved to know that pakki's friend was on the left wing of the first floor while kalpi was safe on the third floor..pakki hooked her arm on raghav's arm and walked beside him raghav felt like he had touched acid when pakki touched him .pakki drove away in her car and spread the shopping bags on her bed she smilled as she had planned something for raghav........while raghav went back to the office and worked till late and wanted to see kalpi....raghav reached the horpital and knocked on kalpi's door ....then opened the door ...the room was dimly lit ..as raghav stepped in suddenly the lights came on ..kalpi...kamla pakya and sammy were there and all shouted in unison :happy birthday raghav....."...then streamers fell on him and from behind the patients screen a night nurse wheeled a candle lit birthday cake....Raghav was overjoyed. .he made a wish and blew the candles off......as he cut the birthday cake ..he gave a piece of cake to kalpi and kamla ma then to pakya and sammy.....and sat beside kalpi who stuffed a piece of cake into raghav's mouth and smeared raghav's face with a little icing and giggled like a mischievous child...........kamla gestured the others to leave and left kalpi and raghav alone....raghav sat beside kalpi and held her hands for years I was lonely ..growing up with sadness and hatred for the world I hated myself and became so harsh until you came into my life kalpi. ...you have lighted up my life with your love and I am truely blessed kalpi I cannot remember any of my birthday but this year is the best birthday of my life my best gift...I am going to be a father I love you kalpi and I always will..said raghav and kissed kalpi's belly.. his child growing in her......"Happy Birthday Raghav........wished kalpi ...................to be continued
