.kalpi landed in Pune one day earlier as requested by her new employer and boss Mrs Mathuri Trivedi.........Kalpi stood in front of The Trivedi Development And Contruction Office Building at Shivagi Nagar ..Pune and was awed by that high rise modern office structure .......she had been up early to go to her office and had dressed in her best suit...she had also put on her sandals and carried her usual bag and waited promptly for the office van to send her to office together with other staffs. ......Kalpi was requested to stay at the Trivedi Company apartment together with a few other staffs and kalpi being the Chief Operational Executive was given a posh room for herself.......once the van arrived at the office buiding the employees hurried about with their own work while kalpi was ushered into a meeting room where Mrs Trivedi was waiting...."Good Morning madam " kalpi greeted her employer........".Ah yes kalpana "Mrs Trivedi nodded.....and continued "based on your credentials. ..you're a university topper and you have worked with one of the top builders Singhania Contruction and also highly recommended by Mr Singhania himself. ...I will not question you on your experience but I want to stress on your personal grooming .,your dress code is not right ..I will give you one week to get a new wardrobe . all smart corporate suits and I want you to present yourself smart and elegant in corporate outfit...The perfect executive look ........"Yes madam " kalpi nodded and continued "I will " ......then kalpi thanked her new boss.....and as she was about to leave Mrs Trivedi handed an envelope with cash as advance.........and when kalpi thanked Mrs Trivedi .....Her boss said "" I have considered that you have started work in my organisation as of today........kalpi called her aai...kamla to inform that everthing was fine in Pune and that kamla need not worry about her and kalpi told her aai to take care of her baba who was down with flu......."aai I need to go shopping for new clothes ".. please don't worry about me"..then kalpi hung up.and as she passed the reception counter a young receptionist greeted her." Miss jadhav you are such a beautiful lady and I like your eyes...." kalpi smilled at the receptionist and thanked her and stepped out the building still admiring the fine office buiding when a car stopped alongside her and kalpi stood there ...then heard his voice."get in" I will take you shopping " grinned Raghav opening the car door for kalpi and the delighted kalpi got in laughing......."...Raghav " people are going to talk and I don't want any news about you reaching my aai.....kalpi was concerned at once ....."I will cut the tongue of anyone who dared to talk about my wife..Raghav drove round Pune town and reached The Phoenix Mall at Viman Nagar......kalpi was again awed by the Largest Mall in Pune..there was a variety of shopping complex and entertainment as well........kalpi was taken back to that day after the poolside confession when raghav had taken her shopping but kalpi had only accepted a shawl but today she was glad her husband Raghav was beside her and she was throughly enjoying her day out with Raghav.......Raghav guided her to the clothes department and he helped her choose her outfits...then proceeded to the shoes section and finally the bags department where Raghav presented kalpi with a brief case like bag for all her documents........kalpi hugged raghav and accepted his gift....."let's eat kalpi I am famished " raghav carried all her shopping bags and they both headed for the Mcdonald outlet ........and settled down at a cosy corner.......and enjoyed the western food .........a nice change from their typical indian food.....raghav held kalpi's hands and looked deeply into her eyes." I cannot bear to be away from you kalpi....I want to be with you all the time .I miss your presence in my office kalpi. .your cabin seem so empty without you.and I miss your fragrance when you come near me" ...kalpi .touched Raghav's cheek and fresh tears came cascading down kalpi's cheeks .. Raghav could not bear to see the tears of pain in kalpi's eyes ..he leaned forward and hugged her...."..Just a few more months kalpi' and then we will be together " Raghav assured her .........hand in hand raghav and kalpi left the mall ........raghav send kalpi back to the office building and drove back to mumbai.............to be continued. .......
